Ouskar: Watch your step. *keeps going, checking for traps*

Tynx: [Shakes his head to clear away the excess shovels] Maybe it slipped out on the way down? [Tries to hop from each rock into the cave, but runs out of enough rocks and so scampers across the water] Cold, cold, cold. How far do you think the cave goes?

Jaimie: * almost slips * "I have no idea- whoa!"

Ouskar: *glances back as he sloshes through water* It starts going up.

Jaimie: "Should we head back?"

Tynx: [Almost has to swim, holds his head high to stay above the water] When you say it goes up, do you mean the cave or the water? Because I'm all for the cave going up. But if the water's going up, that might be fun too.

Ouskar: The cave.

Tynx: Awesome! [Looks at Jaimie] You OK?

Jaimie: "I'm fine." * climbs out of the water onto the bank *

Tynx: [Looks at Jaimie] You gonna come in the cave with us?

Klasi: * runs past the others, out of sight farther into the cave * Ooo.. it's dark in here. *suddenly screams*

Tynx: Klasi?! [Runs in] Klasi? Where are you?!

Jaimie: (to Tynx) "Sure!" * grins *

Me: "She was on the cave-side of the 'river bank'."

Jaimie: "Klasi?!"

Ouksar: *raises torch higher and jogs forward, drawing his sword in the process* Hang on!

Tynx: [Smiles at Jaimie] Well, adventure awaits! As do some people who have gotten a head start. [Hurries onward] Klasi! Where are you? Say something so we know where you are.

Jaimie: * starts running * "Klasi!? What's wrong!? Don't get separated, guys!"

Klasi: *moans* I'm.. down here... help me..

Jaimie: "Ackp!" * barely keeps from tumbling over the edge *

Tynx: [Skids to a halt beside Jaimie, almost falling down himself] How deep d'you think it is?

Jaimie: * muses * "Twenty feet, mebbe..."

Ouskar: *pulls out aforementioned grappling hook and rope and attaches it to rock ledge* *begins rappelling down*

Tynx: That's a long way down... [Watches Ouskar] Can we help in any way? Or would we just get in the way?

Ouskar: *looks back up* You can follow down behind me.

Jaimie: "I..."

Me: "What?"

Jaimie: "I'm claustrophobic!"

Me: * headdesk *

Tynx: [Bumps Jaimie's leg gently] I'll stay up here with you if you want.

Klasi: *whimpers* I'm s-scared...

Kitty: *stands at top of pit* How'm I supposed to get down there?

Ouskar: *reaches the bottom* Ride on somebody's shoulders. Or jump. I've heard cats always land on their feet and are good at avoiding injury.

Jaimie: * smiles at Tynx * "No, you go down and help. I'll be fine."

Tynx: If you're sure? [Looks at Kitty] You can ride on my back down. I'll slide down with you.

Jamie: "I'm sure. I'll keep watch and help from up here."

Tynx: OK. See you back up here soon! [Swings down over the edge, holding onto it with his front paws] Hop on, Kitty.

Kitty: *digs claws into Tynx's back* This is a bit of an adventure.

Tynx: [Winces slightly, then slowly slides down, using his claws as a brake] This is fun. And intense.... and frightening, all at the same time.

Ouskar: *raises torch*

Jaimie: * lies flat on her stomach and looks over the edge *

Ouskar: *starts trekking forward*

Tynx: [Reaches the bottom and follows Ouskar] My claws are tingling now... I wonder if that's a good thing...

Ouskar: *shrugs* Maybe.

Kitty: *jumps off Tynx's back* Maybe it means the walls of the pit are magic. That'd be pretty cool.

Tynx: [Shakes paws (like a cat might do if it gets wet) as he walks] That would be cool, but it might pose a problem if it hinders our way back up. Of course, that's what treasure hunting includes. Risk and adventurous danger!

Kitty: Indeed! Perhaps, though, if there were a magic user around here they could find out whether or not the walls are magic. *looks around* Anyone here a magic user or know one?

Klasi: Kitty....

Kitty: Oh, right. Klasi wants me. *bounds off towards Klasina*

Ouskar: *runs after Kitty* No, I don't! Well, I can do a little bit.

Me: I, ah, am working on the magic system in Ainaan very slowly.

Tynx: I don't have magic, at least, nothing extraordinary. [Runs after Ouskar and Kitty] Hope no one lives down here...

Ouskar: *pauses and pulls out modified falchion* *continues*

Kitty: @Varon - When we've rescued Klasi, maybe you could try to figure out if those walls are magic.

Jaimie: * calls down, her whisper amplified * "Is she okay? What's going on?"

Me: Okay. Have we found her yet or found anything?

Tynx: I dunno. She couldn't have wandered off too far, right? Klasi! Stay where you are so we can find you!

Ouskar: *keeps walking ahead*

Klasi: *moans from right in front of Ouskar*

Kitty: Found her! *purrs and licks Klasi's cheek*
