It's been happening to Amanda as well, I think. It chucks me off nearly every time I try and post something. If I have a tab open with HW and have chat open on another tab, and log in whenever it logs me out I can chat but I end up logging in every couple of minutes so it isn't worth it. Well it is if I get to chat to all of you people but it does my head in.

Yeah, it keeps logging me out fairly randomly. Makes it tough to chat and post...

It's started kicking me off randomly. However, I did find one consistent error: It signs me out every time I try to go to the art gallery, and I've tried around ten times, plus every time it did that, it made me sign back in twice before letting me sign in, and then it still kicks me off if I return to the art gallery.

Thanks for posting that error, Steph, that really helps.

If any of you get any kind of error messages, post them, it makes impossible troubleshooting possible.

Hmm... your IP is changing constantly. I think that's the problem. I've whitelisted the IP ranges you tend to use so you shouldn't be getting kicked because you randomly landed on a hostile IP address.

Aah, I see. Silly Ip. So is there anything I can do to stop my IP changing so much or am I stuck with it changing all the time?

Just kidding. It's up to your internet provider and your router. Not much you can do about that.

I whitelisted the ranges that your random IPs generally go into, so it should work more consistently now.

I feel so bad keep coming back with this, Jay. I hope you don't mind.

I don't care about not being able to get on the chat room I can live without getting on that, but it's logging out so much it's making it almost impossible for me to browse and post. I have to log in every three clicks or so, or sometimes I just log in and it logs me straight out. It's stopping me posting etc and getting on is really difficult.

For instance I've had to try and post this three times before it could get through, thankfully I had it copied to paste.

* scratches head * Somehow you ended up on Cloudflare's IP. That's our CDN and acceleration service provider. I have no idea how that happened.

I'm turning off Cloudflare for this site, though, to see if that helps any. Let me know if it improves.

This is starting to happen to me again. It's not as bad as it was last time, but sometimes it's as frequent as every two to five minutes.

Hmm, that's weird. This hasn't happened to me ever since Jay last posted on this thread.

Andrew, when this was happening to me, Jay said I'd ended up on Cloudfare's IP. Not sure if this could have anything to do with this, but thought I'd say.

Hrm....strange. I'll try to take a look at it this week and see what I can do.

I don't know if this helps diagnosis at all, but this time around, it only seems to happen when I'm also in the chat room.
