Wow, Twin, where do you get so much inspiration?

Except... yeah, your subconscious is copying Jonathan again. ;)

Here be a few:

He had never met his wife.

The oatmeal cookies looked harmless enough.

You know, scarves can be deadly.

The stars danced to form pictures.

Hopelessly lost, in a haunted forest.

Never, ever touch the glowing amulet.

Out of the depths he came.

The bat's bite, colder than ice.

The wind always reveals dark secrets.

You're amazing at these, Twin!

He was murdered over the internet.

That actually has to do with my upcoming cyberpunk novel. ;)

The flower petals slowly uncurled: life.

Spider weaving a web, ordinary miracle.

Breathe the sky, air so crisp.

Water was worth more than riches.

Twisted, scarred tree; an old friend.

Summaries of some of my novels!

Medical Implants control everyone except Gordon.

Would you endure Purgatory for riches?

A virus threatens immune-defective mankind.

Money, not love, motivates a father.

Beings on another planet aren’t alien.

To relieve unfortunates: defy the rules.

Two brothers. Mines. Mystery. Never compromise.

If you've read some of them, you may be able to guess what the novels are...

Sounds kind of like Precisely Terminated, by Amanda Davis. It's a dystopian novel where everyone except the main character has a chip implanted in them...

Like a bridge over troubled water...
(oops, plagiarism?)

He smiled as Tom slowly died.

The box was returned un-opened, empty.

"Light is dawning, the lie broken!"
(Whoever knows what that is from gets a virtual cookie :D ) I had to leave out the word 'the' at the beginning, to make it a Hemingway.

The violin fell, revealing many secrets.

The gang leader: an embalmed pharaoh.

He always wore his shirt backwards.

Glad ya'll like my Hemingways. They're fun to do, and don't take much work :)

Edit: That's one of my favorite parts from The Last Battle, and the Radio Theatre does that scene extremely well.

Edit again:
Here are some more Hemingways.

They tried boiling me. I escaped.
(I got the idea for this one from Africa Screams, an old forties or fifties comedy with Abbot and Castello)

Green was the most evil color.

He lied, but he still died.

The nightmare had only just begun.

She played my emotions quite beautifully.

Here's a couple :P :

The truth was rather a lie.

She lied. He believed. Broken heart.

Her trust was something he'd lost.

His lie couldn't be hidden forever.

The phone rang... computerized voices answered.

Evil laughing echoed all around her.

The crazy rabid squirrel wanted cookies.

Haha! Good one sis. Over the Hedge.

I haven't been here in a while... How about some more movies?

The magical golden flower bore healing.

Who thought robots could be cute?

Back turned: toys come to life.

A world of engines without humans.

A pirate, gold, and a curse.

The treasure map was highly inaccessible.

Robots: are they friends or enemies?

The world of books came true.

Great hemmingways, Bush! :D I think I know most of the movies you got them from. :D

His thoughtless words crushed her soul.

The house was filled with demons.

Knives, guns, lasers... three great weapons!

The laser died. Not so great.

Finally! A hemmingway with no violence!

The useless villager was invincible... almost.

Imagination: a weapon of its own.

The box was returned un-opened, empty.

"Light is dawning, the lie broken!"
(Whoever knows what that is from gets a virtual cookie) I had to leave out the word 'the' at the beginning, to make it a Hemingway.

The violin fell, revealing many secrets.

The gang leader: an embalmed pharaoh.

He always wore his shirt backwards.

Good work, Laura. :D

Edit: That's one of my favorite parts from The Last Battle, and the Radio Theatre does that scene extremely well.

Edit again: Here are some more Hemingways.

They tried boiling me. I escaped.
(I got the idea for this one from Africa Screams, an old forties or fifties comedy with Abbot and Castello)

Green was the most evil color.

He lied, but he still died.

The nightmare had only just begun.

She played my emotions quite beautifully.

Keep it up! You're good at these.

(And the new ones are good, too - this is a draft I just reloaded :P)

Now...

We were surrounded by hungry crocodiles.

Everybody, and nobody, wanted the statue.

I love pit traps, don't you?

Our guide was really an enemy.

Me and firearms - we're real "tight."

Whether you saw the pattern or not, I was trying to pull off a jungle adventure sort of thing (you didn't? Didn't think so :P).

One for now. It's based on the story behind Murel's centaur patriarch. :)

Her obsession went too far: Centaur.

Yay!!! A Sui Hemingway!!! :dieshappy:

I just don't understand the context. :P

Real rangers never give up hope.

I only had one magazine left.*

Ever jumped out of a helicopter?

Soft, eerie voices filled the graveyard.

"Only You Can Prevent Mass Murders!"

*Gun magazine - not a normal magazine. :P

That 'twas not impressive. My inspiration still be gone. :pale:
