The Thorrack have soldiers going throughout the streets of each town, the soldiers work as law enforcers. If they see anything unruly or wrong they will publicly enforce the punishment. Most punishment is whipping, severing of the limbs, branding, beating, or most of the time; death

This is rather broad in the subject; there are hundreds of laws. I don't exactly have all of them yet... hehe... I don't perzactly (Yes... perzactly is a word! I'm sure of it...) have THAT much spare time!!!

There is a scroll made by the priests in 35 AC (age of the Cressilcale), it includes all of the rules and laws, that the priests were told to write down from their gods Ixion and Telem. A sample of this document follows...

Thou must refrain from theft lest 'ye undergo five nights mining in the ore pit.

Thou must cleanse thyself in thy temple every third fortnight lest 'ye be called to be adjudicated to the penalty of 12 lashes with a Chigochzen

If a street watchmen abrogates any one of these rules for his people, he shall be relieved of his power.
