So, this probably isn't a new idea, but anyways...

The other day I was playing with a younger sister, and in the course of playing about being a woman who was actually Time, I had a great idea for a myth or legend in my world. I'm not going to tell ya'll about it yet, because here's the challenge: write a popular myth or legend, or even a true story, about Time as a personified being/object in your world. It can be anything, even a giant sentient clock ticking away forever in a hidden cave somewhere.
The idea comes partially from fairy tales in our own world. I once read a Russian fairy tale where the twelve months were personified as 12 men sitting on top of a mountain. The youngest was January (I believe) and the oldest was December. And of course, we've probably all read fairy tales where the four winds were shown as four men with different and appropriate personalities. I mean, even the Moon and the Sun have mothers! So, I challenge you to write a story for your world that shows how they popularly imagine Time to be. Have fun, and post your finished products here, if you'd like

I'll also be posting mine when it's finished.
