Time for some more attempts at art.

The shipwreck was home to many.

Sometimes, dead men do tell tales.

A ghostly crypt, the princess's prison.

A ghoulish dragon, my final opponent.

The long journey wasn't near over.

Those are very good, Crush. :D

The fate of earth was destined.

Her guileless eyes knew no lies.

No one could stop the inevitable.

Time and space paused: her decision.

The dawn became his setting sun.

Their hands held; friend and enemy.

(just a note to say that if anyone is ever inspired to write/draw something from any of my hemingways, please feel free to do so. :D)

Thanks. :) Yours are good too - though "Dawn became his setting sun" is only five words.

You're welcome. :)

I enjoy this too much...I'm going to try my hand at few more. Probably won't be as good, though.

An ancient mountain, stained with blood.

My arrow stopped the priest's knife.

The sacrifice had to be stopped.

A madman, consumed with himself.

What's funny is all of these could go into the same book. ;)

Those are great, Crush! Here's a few:

Her heart ached for his understanding.

He fell fifty feet.

THUD!

"Ouch..."

This one is for Bush... ;)

"Precious..." Bushy whispered, stroking her guitar.

I haven't taken a shot at one of these in awhile... I'm not sure if this phrasing is getting across all I want it to...

He didn't prosecute the true murderer.

I've got plenty, actually. :D Since it is a thriller premise that could be approached in a largely dramatic rather than an action-oriented way, you might should keep it in mind for yourself. ;)

My metal detector suddenly went wild.

Everyone wanted the ancient, golden statute.

My kindly professor wanted me dead.

These are all archaeology related and such, because I got my first metal detector today. ;)

The mask had finally killed him.

I could barely hold onto her.

I only had one round left.

He, a pistol - I, a machete.

I had to protect my king.

Here are some dinosaur six word stories. ;)

A pterodactyl flew by the airplane.

Cars and dinosaurs filled the streets.

The dinosaurs battled the robotic army.

Those sound like they could go together in a wild novel...

The letter had been opened... strange...

He listened through the tapped telephone.

The television was not a television.

The bullet was the only clue.

Her music had broken his heart.

The message came from the future.

The answer lay in the past.

A mere six words weren't enough.

Six words wouldn't tell the story.

All he had he gave away.

He didn't know words took lives.

Die, or live with the guilt?

What she knew would condemn her.

No joy would quench the sorrow.

The book became his only world.

Her home was not called earth.

Destroying the document would destroy her.

The composer composed his very life.

Pen in hand... anything is possible.

The cake was filled with poison. [A spin on Crush's 'The cake was filled with blades.']

Now, hate was a dreaded enemy.

Two year old and spaghetti- yikes!

The murder was in full swing.

One hot day, one cool pool.

The pool was filled with alligators.

The pool was filled with candy.

It was a nearly impossible task.

Love has no limit of loving.

All thirsty, but only one drink.

The stratego board became real lives...

What they lived for was death.

Charm was deceptive, death was near.

His own music; his own death.

:D I like this one, Crush!

He smiled evilly at her helplessness.

The smile never reached his eyes.

Thank you! Yours are good, as well. :)

You people have been busy...Tons of new ones. Me like. :D

The wizened, wicked witch watched wishfully.

The ogre missed. I killed him.

Aiming, I fired, saving the hostage.

Blam! Hostage-taker, dead; hostage, saved.

The witch handed me a goblet.

Wraiths, everywhere! We were completely surrounded.

Creepy mansions - my favorite kinda place!

Too many good ones.

The ghoul spoke words of darkness.

It was a gnawing, consuming blackness.

Those are good.

A tongueless man - a mass murderer?

Of all the suspects - him? Him?

There was somebody behind the wall.

Almost everyone present wanted me dead.

;) Ok, I've thought of a couple more...

The blind man saw the future.

The dumb man repeated the message.

His heart stopped; His life, gone.

Money was all he cared about.

The deaf villagers heard the signal.

Stories are filled with endless adventures.
