Emuna of the Wise (history):
Born in a time of war Emuna of the Wise was accustomed to the sound of crying children and screaming mothers. These were her nightly lullabies; ones that still haunt her.
Her father died in battle not a week after her birth and her mother was left to raise Emuna and her older brother. Emuna was taught of reading and writing whilst her brother trained as a soldier. At the age of eight Emuna watched as her fourteen year old brother marched off to battle, his form being swallowed by the forest bushes. Emuna's mother had not told her what he was going to do, but she didn't have to. Emuna knew.

Emuna's brother returned unharmed and decided to stay with his sister and mother as the war raged. He wished to protect them in the event the war was brought to Realta.

His worst fears were confirmed when a battle broke out during the night. Emuna was woken up by him and her mother and her were taken by Emuna's brother to a cave and told to wait. So they waited, until chaos broke through. An arrow ended her mother's life.

After that dreadful night Emuna trained as a soldier. Quickly proving herself to be a worthy ally despite being the only girl in the army. Now (at the age of sixteen) she shall go into her first battle. Fighting for what was taken from her; family, innocence, and love.
