I'm Alesia, my pen name is A.C.Willard.
I have been obsessed with writing for about 10 years now. From the day I could put together a proper sentence, I was writing stories. Whether small 50 word stories, or longer 3 paged stories, I have always loved creating a whole other world inside my mind.
At first I refused to write modern day stories. The early 1600's and late 1800's always seemed so much more fascinating to me. And the topic was always the same. Stories about a girl and her horse, or stories told from the POV of a wild stallion or a small foal born on his own in the wild.
Since then I have expanded in my interests and I now write only Science Fiction, Fictional Romance. Although I am very strong on my Christian beliefs, and I am trying to create a popular book that show's people, you don't need to make a book dirty, to have it be popular.
The book I am working on now (entire series is more like it) is "The Extra-Ordinary Series". Book 1: "Evolutions". That is what I am working on right now. If you would like to view my work, you can go to my official website:
http://acwillard.com/ I've fallen in love with my characters and the entire process of writing this series. I had no idea I would become so engrossed in it, and I definitely did not imagine I would ever even THINK of trying to publish it.
I have not made plans for publishing yet, even though I do know that I would love to have the series published, or at least reach a wide audience of readers who will enjoy reading what I have enjoyed writing.
Book 1, "Evolutions" has already attracted a LOT of attention. When I first started writing it, only select family and friends were able to read it. After realizing that people loved the book and idea, I decided to seek more opinions. Since then I have shared the prologue and synopsis with anyone I can, and each have received very positive feedback.
My hopes are that people will enjoy reading my novels and feel as if they are living in the shoes of each character and have become a part of the story. Living through the good times and bad times with each character, and maybe even feel like they can relate to them. If I can allow the reader to feel or go through any of those, then I have succeeded and fulfilled my goals as an author.
I look forward to reading all the works of art that everyone here has created!
God Bless
