I should know this, right?

An editor is someone who has applied to edit grammatical and spelling errors all over the forums. Call them the grammar nazis. :D If someone writes a post with misplaced punctuation, mixed up words, or misspelled words, the editors correct them. :) They keep the forums squeaky clean for all us grammar loving authors. :D

*has never had blue punch* What flavor is that? :D

I thought of a nickname for you, Faith... Beloved! It's another way of saying "the Loved," and it's used in the New Testament, specifically, to refer to brothers and sisters of the faith in general. Maybe I'm going overboard, but I wanted to suggest my idea, because I think of it every time I read your username. :D

What are some of your favorite books, Faith? Do you have a favorite fantasy author/series?

Faiththeloved,

That's so cool how you typed the usernames in the colors you see them! *thinks that's just so awesome!*

I found the chat! Also, the blue buddies sound awesome XD

Aw, I like that nickname Philadelphia.

And thanks Calenmiriel :D It was kind of interesting to do that.

Oh my favorite fantasy books... Uh Fablehaven is an awesome series, I love it. I also loved The Hobbit, it actually inspired my first Fantasy novel (which I haven't finished but I will because the plot is awesome) and I'm going to read the rest of The Lord of the Rings. I love old Fantasy books, I can't think of any titles right now but old Fantasy books that never were really popular. I love those :) I can only find them in libraries, though.

Yay! Beloved it is! :D

Oh, you should pray about applying to be a blue buddy. :D We always need more of them!

*wants to know more about this Hobbit-inspired story* Tolkien's Fellowship of the Ring greatly inspired me. I take his approach to morals/religion/allegory in my fantasy works. I haven't finished reading the series yet, but I will! Who's your favorite character? I love Frodo and Sam. :D

Aw, my favorite character. I've only read The Hobbit at this point in time so I can't really say :) I do love... Oh wow I'm so brain dead right now. All I can say is that I love the wizard that's name starts with a G (Gandolfo? Gandi? Gandolf! Woo did I get that right? I should sleep more XD ) And also the hobbit... Oh what is his name? I can't remember :) Sorry, I really need to re-read that book and the rest of the books.

Also, hehe to the down to earth hobbits. :P

Gandalf is the wizard, so you were close. And the main hobbit in The Hobbit is Bilbo Baggins. :)

*Grins* I like Sam too but Bilbo is so amusing! I love all the little songs he makes up hehe. Riddles in the Dark is my favourite chapter in The Hobbit. :)

What? Don't mock Philli! 'Tis not nice! Hobbits are realistic and homey. Elves drive me crazy sometimes. (Which makes you wonder why I'm borrowing their essence for my writer-identity - I use "elfinpen" where "Aubrey Hansen" doesn't work, since "Aubrey" means something like "ruler of the elves"...)

Beloved, I haven't read the Hobbit yet, but I know the general plot since it was summarized in LotR. I haven't finished the trilogy yet, but I plan to.

No, it wasn't. Frodo Baggins was only 3 foot 6 inches.

I like Strider or Boromir the best.

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Works in progress:

The Diegosian Mark, 115,600 words (Preparing for Publication)
The Diegosian Rider, 121,400 words (Finished)
The Diegosian Warrior, 15,000 (In Progress)

No, we've proved we are completely and incurably crazy. We've either scared her off or highly recommend the forum to her, depending on how crazy she is :D

Nah, I'm over it now. I was a bit ticked, in a good-natured fashion, at the mockery, but I couldn't think of a suitably ticked-but-good-natured comeback, so I let it go, and now I'm fine. ;)

Philadelphia! (has maybe used your full name twice, so you better listen good!) What on earth have you done? You change your name right back, or I will be forced to use unorthodox tactics to get my way! ;)

Really though, why the change?

*was wondering when Airianna would notice* Why, Airianna, I changed it because I was deathly curious. I wanted to know what nasty and horrible things you would do to me if I had the nerve. ;)

Actually, while I love Philadelphia (don't get me wrong), I am berating myself for getting yet another nickname! Let's just say I've had a lot of "incidents" lately with mixed up nicknames...

Quote:
Leah?! I already know of Philli, *lists my other names, real and non* How many do actually have, Leilliaubreychel Hantersen?

Melody told me to make my username Leah back when I joined, and I regret not listening to her. (She's over here telling me "I told you so!")

Now the real question is - why am I not smart enough to just change it to my pen name, Aubrey Hansen, and be done with it?

That is an idea, Philly. :D *wishes she chose a pen name for an identity instead of getting hooked on "BushMaid"*

I think I'll probably use my real name... When I am published.
