2011 Convention Poll - Vote if you are attending!

This will be two polls in one. :shock:

The headcount poll will tell me how many people are planning to attend.
The weekend poll will tell me which weekend we would have the best turnout.

Get out your calendars and talk to your parents...
read the options carefully so you'll answer all that apply to you.

Please vote for each weekend that would be an option for you to attend.

Next round will be a Friday, Saturday, Sunday poll.
I would have included it on this poll...
but it wouldn't let me add that many options.

LOL Elanhil That's because I entered my votes at the same time I suppose.

Unfortunately we had several members who couldn't make it on May 31st. :'(

You could always invite members in the area to meet you at the arch that morning.

The headcount thing is a question for us as well. Do I fill out the entire poll for each person, <or> the dates just once and the headcount per person?

You have to use separate accounts for separate votes... if you do it twice on the same account it just replaces your previous vote.

Let's check the headcount box once for each Holy Worlder who will attend.
(Which as Sir Emeth pointed out will have to be on their respective accounts.)
Lady E and I both voted separately.
The reason for that is that I want to set the date for the time when the most members can join us.

All family members are most welcome. Young and old alike. Bring your granny if she's sprightly!
Non-member friends are welcome (especially if they are driving you!

)
Prospective members are welcome.
No exclusivity here... the more the merrier, I say.

We will get a better idea of the exact number of people after we get the dates set.

If it was in Atlanta I would probably be able to hitch a ride with the E brothers but St. Louis is definitely out of the question for me.

And I think Sir Emeth should sit in via Skype. And then he can make us all some kind of speed as if he were really there.

A lot of places have wi-fi now. However if this outside meeting place doesn't have it, I may have a solution. My family and I use an internet card. I could always bring it and my laptop (yes, I have skype) and we could still meet a few people! We wouldn't be able to have extensive chat time, but still... What do you say?
