So don't tell me it isn't compulsory!

Or was it quasi-stellar objects and they were once identified by the gravitationally anisotropic dilated convention of the time for the increase of the speed of light at close orbits of blue stars in the ring of habitability in oblong galaxies causing the spiral bands of hot super-giants to cross the event horizons of the Roche limit of white nova holes.

*chuckles * Now we know positively, Jay walks around in his pj's like everyone else ;)

Actually, Tsahraf, I think it is cool that you are world building right now, instead of writing. Supposedly the older we get, the more our writing matures, so working on the basics while you wait to grow up is a very cool idea. *wishes she had done that as a kid * So kudos for being wiser than most ;)

Sometimes. I know a little bit because I used to read old physics books from some college professor friend of my mom's, but I'm not exactly a super genius on the subject.

Okay, I'm sorry, that was scary. Like, utterly disturbing. That bit of information really upended my mental image of Jay in a totally unnerving way...

I have been scouring Omniglot most of today. Did you know there are only three abjads in use now? (Syriac, Hebrew, and Arabic)

Now you must understand that Jay could, in his pyjamas, take down a knight in full armor and wielding a broadsword.

I'll try to squeeze it in, how long does it have to be?

The Counsel had said it would be soon, for there were terrible forces at work in the east, so they said."

It doesn't have to be long at all. Use however many words it takes to be a complete story. You could even try for drabble-length if you want! :D But I'm envisioning this in more of the 1,000-2,000 word range, just to give some time to build the humor. ;)

Go for it, Huey! More short stories and poems are always wanted for the blog!

The Rainbow in the Storm- My Blog

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Works in progress:

The Diegosian Mark, 115,600 words (Preparing for Publication)
The Diegosian Rider, 121,400 words (Finished)
The Diegosian Warrior, 15,000 (In Progress)
