I just recently noticed this. You click on 'Who is Online' at the bottom and it tells you where people are. WHO KNEW?? It's pretty koolio.

That's strange, it won't let me click it.

Pretty cool, though.

It's only a link in the board index and the chat room. :) I love that, we used it to spy on Airianna when she was posting the winners for the Christmas contest. Way easier than refreshing the Announcements page a kazillion times. :D

Yeah, that feature is really scary  There were four of these guys in buzz posting my every move.

I knew! The only issue is that everyone in chat appears as at "the index page..." for some yet to be determined reason.

*sigh* I thought I found something revolutionary. Oh well.

I saw a guest 'registering an account' once, as well. But then the new name at the bottom never changed. :?

Might I mention that, while in the chat room, I tried this feature on three different people and it got all of their locations wrong? =)

I think it gets messed up if the person has multiple tabs open.

I can't tell you how much this... disturbed me. Wow.

That's probably true, Amanda, in which case I should remember to always open more than one tab! I often do, anyway...

Really, though... that is kinda cool... :D

Don't you mean the online IP tracker was incorrect?

Well, that too, but I think it was from the IPs...I think often IP addresses don't actually conform "exactly" to where a person happens to be. (Because I tried the addresses on several trackers) But correct me if I'm wrong, because I probably am. :)

Noooo! My secret spy feature has been discovered! Oh, the humanity!

*cough* Yeah, that feature is pretty neat. I spy on people all the time. It was very handy when Kaitianna was posting the contest results. :D

*covers eyes* It was creepy!... In a strangely cool kind of way, after it was all over. I had three girls posting my every move to the rest of the anxious HWers. Funny thing was, it was even creepier because I had no idea how they were tracking me. I mean, they knew when I was creating the announcement! Not just that I was in the announcement page, but that I had opened a new post

Isn't that button just the greatest? I tried to show it to my filmmaking friends, some of whom hate that laugh with a vengeance, but they weren't highly interested... *sigh*

Here's another serendipitous discovery I just made this morning.

If you click Reply, and then scroll down to the Topic Review section, each post in there has a 'Quote' button. If you click one, it will automatically insert that post as a quote in your reply. And it will do it for as many as you click, so you can quote multiple posts with ease.

Isn't that awesome? :D
