Hello fellow writers!

I was invited to HW by Eli McGowan, founder of PCL.

I do not exactly write high fantasy, but I do write medieval fiction set in fictional lands. (Cynanch, Skezatia, Veldsuterskein.) For the ending few sentences of my soon-to-be-self-published book, you can see my signature below. :D

I live on a farm, and my favorite animals are goats and dogs. Three are my sisters, and of brothers I have only one, and he but five years of age.

Any questions?

Hello and welcome Camille! Yay glad Eli invited you! It's always great to have new people arrive.

I'm loving the signature; I love happy endings.

Well done! I hope the self publishing goes well!

What sort of animals do you have on your farm? Do you have any horses? (I adore horses.)

Warning: Intro threads can get rather hyper and pretty fast!

Welcome! Lovely to have you here. *sprinkles glitter around in great quantities.*

Welcome! So glad to have you! We like newbies. :D

I don't usually write high-fantasy either. My main fantasy novel is set in a fictional country on this earth, with a culture crossed between medieval and colonial.

Let us know when your self-published book is available! :D

* brings in cupcakes * Better have one now if you want it to be glitter-free. :)

Welcome Camille! I hope you enjoy it here! I don't write a great deal of fantasy either. I write very similar to you! I love writing medieval in fictional lands. :D

I love that sentence. I read it and my immediate thought was, "I want to talk like that! Sounds so cool!"

Anyways, welcome Camille! And now I shall shower you with tacos as is my insane-only-celebrated-by-me tradition! :D *throws tacos in the air*

Oh, yah, and I love your signature! It's amazing how you got me interested in your book solely by those few sentences!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who writes about fictional lands set in this world.

There's someone else on here who loves goats, so maybe she'll show up soon. :D

Welcome Camille! I hope you enjoy it here!

You'll soon find that we're a teensy bit crazy here...just a teensy bit (extreme understatement)

Oh welcome to Holy Worlds, Camille!

We're so happy to have you join us, and thanks to Eli for inviting you! I write the same type of fantasy as yourself (and others here). :D

How long have you been writing?

Looking forward to your posts!

Thank you everyone for the glitter, and the tacos... oh yes, and the white rose petals. *wonders why white particularly*

Hmmm, let me see... :book:

Elanor: No, we do not have horses; but we do ride occasionaly, and we enjoy it!

Philadelphia: Lovely cupcakes! Thank you! Royalty in Disguise will hopefully be ready this April... And you can like it on facebook for a chance for a free copy. ;)

Bush Maid: :D Love your signature!

Bethany Faith: *bows* Thank you!

Jonathan Garner: Oh yes, it is very nice to find that one is not the only one who writes in a particular way. :) *wonders who else likes goats*

Ciela Rose: Eli didn't warn me -- my sister did! :D

Raven of the Wood: *squints and looks closely* Ah! That says 'extreme understatement'. ;)

Amanda Kondrael:  Your avatar made me look twice.

Reiyan: *squints very hard. sighs* I can't read what the little bluish words say in your signature...

Calenmiriel: I have been writing for... *counts on fingers* ... four-five years, I think.

Whackem: I thank thee. Right glad am I to come to it! (And I like your hammers!)

*chuckles * They were white because I'd just put pink in someone else's thread, so I felt like doing white...

...and I couldn't use blue, green, purple, yellow, or red. I save those for promotion threads. :D

Popcorn! I love popcorn. :D

Yes, I'm very glad to see that plenty of people like to use "this world" for their fantasy novels. Sometimes it seems like everybody uses a parallel world. :D

Alas! I deleted my Facebook and lived happily ever after. :P

Well, we had a few instances when people would use excessive amounts of smilies, which is not an enhancement to the forum. We use smilies to help sharpen a point or display emotion. Therefore it was decided, in an effort to help maintain the maturity of the forum, that a smilie limit would be set.

And that is the story :)

No. I baaa, bark, bawk, moo, chirrup and snort, though. I'm currently looking into the implications of tweeting. :D

It's fun! Much more simplistic and flexible than Facebook. If you ever need any Twitter tips, feel free to drop me a line. I'm the resident Twitter bird. :D
