Okay. Essence is suddenly quite popular, and I got the idea in my head to have another shot at it. Y'all ready?
Okay, here we go with Dominic. He's a character that I just made up for a new story concept. This probably isn't very well organized, so bear with me. :D

DOMINIC
BODY..........{Eyes..........[Gentleness..........(a dew-covered fern)
.............................................................(a birch sapling)
.............................................................(a shire stallion)
.............................................................(steadily falling rain)
.............................................................(frosted autumn leaves)...]
.....................................[Anger...............(smoking ashes)
.............................................................(a torch)
.............................................................(a sheathed blade)
.............................................................(a match)
.............................................................(a vein of silver, buried deep in the rock)...]
.....................................[Color................(topaz)
.............................................................(a basset hound)
.............................................................(brown-eyed susans)
.............................................................(mahogany)...]...}
.................{Build.............[Stockiness........(well-muscled Percheron or Shire)
.............................................................(an oak tree)
.............................................................(broadsword)
.............................................................(a thick rope)...]...}
.................{Motion..........[Grace...............(a young buck)
.............................................................(a rope swing)
.............................................................(a seasoned sailor)
.............................................................(a pianist)
.............................................................(a hawk)...]
.....................................[Strength...........(a blacksmith)
.............................................................(a locomotive)
.............................................................(a sledgehammer)...]
.....................................[Speed...............(a champion cutting horse)
.............................................................(a cardinal)...]...}
..................{Smile...........[Friendliness.......(a sunny summer afternoon)
.............................................................(a crackling hearth)
.............................................................(a good book, a quilt + hot cocoa)
.............................................................(an oasis in the desert)
.............................................................(a hug from a loved one)
.............................................................(popcorn and a movie)
......................................[Trust...............(a hidden fawn waiting for its mother)
.............................................................(a warrior's trust in his sword)
.............................................................(a driver with a hitchhiker)
.............................................................(Flicka and Ken)
.............................................................(Cosette)...]...}

That's what I have so far for Dominic. What he reminds me most of is probably a Shire stallion: big guy, 'gentle giant' so to speak, but once you get him angry there's no going back. He's about 18, half human half elf.

Here's what little I have about his friend Patton:

PATTON
BODY........{Build..........[Wiriness..........(a Thoroughbred yearling)
....................................................(a rapier)
....................................................(a church steeple)
................{Hair..........[Color..............(silver with a bluish tint)
....................................................(the sun glinting on water)
....................................................(early morning mist)...]...}
................{Motion......[Speed.............(a mouse)
....................................................(a wren)
....................................................(an arrow in mid-flight)
....................................................(lightning-here one moment, gone the next)...]
...............................[Awkwardness.....(a gangly colt)
....................................................(Bambi)
....................................................(a bird pushed out of the nest)
....................................................(Marsha-see below)
.................{Eyes......[Color................(ocean depths)
....................................................(sapphires in the moonlight)
....................................................(a dazzlingly blue summer sky)
....................................................(a blue jay's wing)
...............................[Depth..............(desert sands-dry and hopeless)...]...}

I will most certainly have more. He's a lot deeper than that.

Anyway, basic information: Patton is a pure-blooded elf, with blue eyes and silver hair with a bluish glint (obviously). He's 17, and isn't graceful because he hasn't really grown into his long legs yet. Unlike Dominic, who is really more human than elf and knows where all of his body is already. *chuckles*
Oh, and Marsha is a character in a program we listen to on Saturday mornings. It's called Paws and Tales, and it's a christian show with talking animals. (weird, I know, but it's sooo cute! ;) ) Marsha is a moose with really long legs and a tendency to run into things.

I like Dominic's smile... especially the Flicka and Ken reference. :) Humorously, we also like Paws and Tales, and Marsha was an apt connection. :)

That would be me. ;) I can definitely see the similarities between Patton and Marsha!

These are both really good. I really like Dominic, he does sound like a draft horse. From what I can see, you're really good at this essence thing. :)
