Zanya - That's gonna hurt . . .

Rahor - No, it all depends on how you block it. You block my leg with the edge of the blade, then I'll have a seriously cut paw. However, if you block with the flat, then nothing happens. (Withdraws and circles once more, tensed for a spring)

Niarah - I've got nothing to do in here. I could be out fighting Polarians and Ananthi, yet I'm stuck in here.

Me - I should bring Ashrai back in. He's a semi-villain.

Niarah - Despicable feline.

Me - *smirk*

Niarah - Oh no . . .

I seest... Hey Elanhil? How do you even know what 'dude' means?

Elanhil: I've heard Riniel use it often...figured it must be some modern way to address guys... *Allows his blade to be diverted without resistance, and pulls his blade backwards, so Kimuns blade hit's his blade, not his wrist. Elanhil then pulls back into the guard position.*

Me: I think I've fallen hopelessly behind in the dragon war, so whatever happened to Merashath please repeat.

Me: I.... don't know what happened to Merashath...

Tynx: I think we lost him in the sky.

Chayn: [Swings back around for another attack on Cat-Dragon]

Me: I just got a brilliant story idea for dragons! Chayn, you'd be in it with Rowen, he'd be your twin.

Chayn: Joy. I hope it has good luck making it onto paper.

Me:

Rune: [Pets Beron] I hope he does.

Beron: [Reaches down and sniffs Stellwento]

Mordir: Come on, Aris said I could rebel if I got five people to join me.

Me: You're lucky I don't give you a time limit to find them.

Norindas: [Is still trying to keep from protesting]

Aivere: Norindas, calm yourself. It's obvious the villains don't get as much freedom as their hero counterparts. Let them have their fun. For however long it lasts.

Aris: Uh, usually Aivere isn't one to encourage evil doings....

Me: He's in the Charrie Intros. He can be that way for now. His role in the story can be dropped sometimes.

Mordir: Would there be any hope to ask Kimun to help?

Me: Kimun's a hero, not a villain. So no, there's no hope in asking.

Mordir: Worth a shot.

You might ask Kimensul though, whatever it is.

Mordir: [Looks at me with a bit too much eagerness]

Me: I don't mind. Just don't get yourself killed, alright?

Mordir: My dear lady, my occupation requires me to avoid such an end.

Seymour: But requires you to put others' at an end.

Mordir: Hey, it's not as easy as it sounds. I'm not a heartless killer. It's hard sometimes to complete a job! [Pauses] ...Waht, isn't Kimensul a sword?

Me: Kimun's swords are special, they have their own lives in them. Or some of them... [Isn't sure if she's remembering it right.]

Mordir: Shoot, I don't mind, one villain closer to being able to start the rebellion!

Me: I can only imagine what the Character Intros as a movie would be like.

Aris: People would be watching and go " Wait, so what just happened?"

Lightning: I still have not been told what we are rebelling against. I am suspicious of allying myself with anyone for at this part in my story I-

Me: At this point in your story you're cowering somewhere mortally terrified of the people you've allied yourself with.

Lightning. Er... right. My point.

Me: I just made that up.

Lighting: You did what?

Me: I think I have something here. *becomes distracted*

Derek: Oh joy, here we go again. Come on Raedon, let's go help defend against that horrid cat dragon.

Me - I was wondering what it would be like if this was all printed and published as a book. Imagine!

Sylvia - (Tries to imagine) I can't.

Me - I still feel like I have too many charries. Lemmesee, Niarah, Rahor, Thysal, Zanya, Akira, Sylvia, Silver, and Ember. Rahor's the only guy I have.

Rahor - Great.

Me - I'm browsing Behind the Name, and I'm finding all sorts of great, fantasy obscure names here . . . Anyone else know that Arya is Sanskrit for honorable or noble?

Niarah -

Me - I'm working on a name change for Miss Akira still . . .

Akira - I really appreciate that. Not. (shifts into wolf form and wanders off)

Me - Philistine. Anyway, I'm debating on whether or not to bring a feline villain in here. If so, I'd have to boot someone else. I'm guessing Silver or Akira. Rahor's going to vanish as soon as his duel is over.

Rahor - Most of this post is you talking to yourself, you realize that?

Zanya - Aren't all of the posts like that?

Ember - (Watches the villains, and yawns disinterestedly)

Sylvia - He's going to get himself hurt some day . . . .

Elanhil: *Slashes smoothly, but with great power, at Kimuns Waist.*

Merashath: Last time I joined a rebellion I got turned into a mouse...but ok.

Kai: *dodges Jay* Only five? Well, I'll join, and so will Cat-Dragon. But I'll need some help with these people, or we'll be no use to you.

Cat-Dragon: *snarls and breathes fire at Chayn, Raedon, and Derek*

Me: Oooo, Character Intros the Movie! That could be fun. But it'd be very long... we have 131 pages already!

Kai: Hey, Amanda, can you bring in our villain? That'd make three people for Mordir's rebellion.

Me: He's not actually present for most of your story and doesn't have a name....

Kai: So? Bring him in!!

Villain: I am here.

Kai: Hey, King Villain, want to help overthrow the authors?

Villain: Since you call me king, I shall.

Kai: Thank you. Mordir's over there. *points*

Villain: *joins Mordir* Hail, leader of this great rebellion.

Me: head/desk

Kai: sword/Jay

Me:

Kai: *slashes at Jay's legs*

Roel: 'Twas with the flat, of course, it's not good for one's blade if one blocks with the edge. * waits for Rahor to spring*

Elanhil: *Pulls up to guard, and leaps into a thrust, and at the end adds a back-handed slash.*

Merashath: *lands, being confused with the state of the battle. After a couple of seconds, takes off and pursues Tynx.* This never seems to fail.

Thysal - (growls, and launches herself into the air, circling the Cat-Dragon) Let me know if you need a hand, Jay!

Rahor - Right. Good point. (Springs, swinging his katana downwards towards Roel's head)

Me - I'm rough with Rahor's fighting style, I hope this defines him more. I love duels, they helped map out Niarah and Zanya.

Zanya - (pointedly ignores the conversation)

Me - Zanya, you have to go. Bye!

Zanya *vanishes*

Me - Great, now I'll bring Ashrai back in, because he's flat as a rug.

Ashrai - (flicks his tail) I needed to hear that.

Niarah - You . . . (eyes narrow)

Ashrai - Miss me yet?

Rahor - (glances at Ashrai) Not the Ananthi. That's all I need . . .

Mordir: Yes! We have enough villains! A little over, though.

Me: Kai, Cat-Dragon, Klista, Raczr, Pirzak, Merashath, and King Villain. You got seven. Bravo.

Mordir: [Looks at Klista.] We have seven villains in the rebellion. As to the base of operations.... we don't exactly have one. I was really just thinking we'd just attack our author's characters and pick them off one by one until they're nothing more than dust. Then we'll go for the authors themselves. That part's gonna be tricky. I wouldn't suggest attacking Kimun or his author, because that would end worse for us than if we attacked our authors. So if anyone has any ideas as to how to deal with the last bit, feel free to say so. Just use the spoiler-watchamacallit.

Me: Talk much?

Tynx: [Wheels about and takes off as Merashath pursues him.] We do seem to find each other in this situation, don't we?

Chayn: [Backfires with poison and hopes the poison shields herself and Shawn enough to let the fire go around.]

Tounon: [Is rolling in a metal barrel.] Tesmir, Lakkerfax, look what I found!

Me: Really?

Tesmir: You are brilliant, Tounon. So how do we make the propane?

Seymour: [Watching with amusement.]

Rune: This place is going to go up in flames...

Mordir: [Points to Cat-Dragon] It already has. But anyway, we need more flying-type creatures if we're gonna help Kai. Aris's dragons will be no help.

Tynx: We already have riders, yes.

Mordir: I'm not an idiot. But seriously, how- [Remembers the rafters.] Alright, we need to get up to the rafter Kimun and Kai and previously been dueling on. No doubt we can all make it up there, and if everyone helps out, we'll have Kai and his Cat-Dragon freed up for the rebellion!

Me: He's just the social butterfly, isn't he?

Seymour: I'll admit he does seem to have a lot more enthusiasm than usual.

Cory: I can't wait to see how far this one goes. The last one hardly got out of the house.

Mordir: Um, yeah, the last one was a bit of a total failure. But! We will triumph this time!

Rune: Good luck with that.

Tesmir: You're giving him good luck!?

Lightning: *eyes Derek* This rebellion could be interesting.

Me: Don't even think about it.

Lighting: *eyes narrow* I already have.

Me: then stop thinking about it.

Raedon: *sets intercept course with Merashath*

Mordir: [Still has the overeager look in his eyes.] Does that mean you'll join?

Tynx: Intercept course? Against who?!

Mordir: Who do you think?

Tynx: Hush up, villain. [Glances over his shoulder at Merashath.] This'll get rough...

Kai: *blocks, then throws a shuriken straight at Jay's throat as he thrusts at Jay's chest*

Roel: @Kai You really want to kill him, don't you? *manages a half block as Rahor goes over his head, ducks and spins around to face him again*

Kai: Roel, get the higher ground, like in Episode III. Then get him to jump over your head, and you'll be able to kill him.

Roel: Right, forgot about that! *waits for Rahor's next move*

Me: *reads spoiler* Ciela, you might want to read that too..

Cat-Dragon: *dives upward to avoid poison, which indeed did block the fire, and chomps down on Thysal's wing*

Chayn: [Flies straight the poison shield and smashes her head into Cat-Dragon.]

Me: [Is greatly enjoying the Dawn Treader soundtrack.]

Tounon: I almost wish I were up there on a dragon.

Tesmir: We're making propane. With any luck it'll explode and you'll be flying!

Rune: They are trying to get themselves killed.

Tounon: Good point. But what could we use so we wouldn't get blown up too?

Tesmir: Ah.... I don't know... we'll have to think about that one.

Norindas: These young people are so full of energy. Is it this magical place that does it?

Cory: No, it just makes them immature.

Me: [Glares]

Cory: I didn't mean you, of course. The author is excepted from any effects of immaturity.

Me: That's better. That's a really pretty avie, Amanda.

Elanhil: *drops suddenly bellow Kimun's thrust, and rolls underneath, and springs up on the other side. He spins around and Thrusts at Kimun's back.*

Good defense.

Kimun turns with him, following Elanhil with his blade, crossing with his blade and turning it aside and engaging with a riposte.

Me - (reads spoiler) Yup, got it.

Rahor - What's that?

Me - Nothing you should be concerned about.

Rahor - (shrugs, and charges at Roel, swinging his sword in a figure eight movement)

Thysal - (Yelps as Cat-Dragon bites her wing, then snarls and clamps her jaws on the back of his neck, hoping to snap his spine)

Sylvia - (Stands with Lady E's charries) I think there's less of a chance of getting killed if I stand over here. Right, Ember?

Ember - (Stares up at Smokey with a thoughtful expression)

Silver - He agrees!

Derek: Merashath? Are you crazy?

Raedon: *doesn't answer*

Me: Yes, he is.

Derek: I wanted to go after Cat-dragon.

Lightning: No, that doesn't mean I'll join. I haven't said I'll join anything. I just said I found it interesting... to watch.

Mordir: There won't be neutral ground soon. Either you're with us, or we kill you.

Me: That was pretty straightforward.

Mordir: I try. It helps to say things simply, so I don't have blank stares, especially when I've been employed.

Aris: You're unemployed? Sad.

Mordir: Well, technically I'm constantly switching between employment and unemployment. Depends on whoever needs someone dead, and how quickly I get the job done. Sometimes it take months.

Me: Well, if you're done talking about your dark and eerie lifestyle.

Mordir: I am. Feel free to go about your light and cheerful one.

Me: Thanks.

Tynx: Alright, no more running now. Hang on! [Flares out his wings to stop, then turns and flies straight for Merashath]

Tounon: So, anybody know how to make propane?

Rune: [Shakes his head, smiling.]

Beron: [Walks over to Ashrai and sniffs his feet, then looks up at him]

Me: Goodness, Orrun's not the one who's flat anymore. Now I've got Beron to personalitize.

Orrun: I am not flat. It's not my fault I have no personality.

Tesmir: I think it's safe to say that we can blame Aris for any and all faults.

Me: Thanks, Tesmir.

Me: Good, I was worried I overlooked something.

Elanhil: *ready for this, he defends with a counter-riposte.*

Me: I have no idea what you just did.

Elanhil: Well I do, so it's ok.

Me: Fine. Don't blame me when you lose.

Merashath: *is now further confused and drops out of the battle.*

Me: *to LillyLight* don't worry, animals tend to be easier to develop.

*The majority of me characters glare at me*

Me: I mean normal animals guys.

Me: talk.

Lightning: *looks around* You talking to me?

Me: Yes, I am. Sit down there, and start talking.

Lightning: I don't know what you mean.

Me: Don't play innocent with me, Lightning Ranger. I hear your voice in my head at nights. You can't seem to make sense there, so I'm giving you a chance here. Now talk.

Lightning: *looks down and shuffles his feet*

Me: Well?

Lightning: I don't know what you want me to say.

Me: Where did you go after your wife died?

Lightning: I'm not sure. It was all a blur...

Me: For ten years???

Lightning: *is silent*

Me: Where does Timothy come into this?

Lightning: I don't know Timothy.

Me: Yet.

Lightning: what do you mean?

Me: never mind. *sigh* That's all. You can go back to being your annoying, violent self now. Sorry for distracting everyone with this little argument.

Lightning: *goes to stand by the post boundary, staring blankly into the distance, caught up in memories of part one.*

Mordir: Yep, we just need to get up there. Come on! [Runs to the wall, looks around briefly, then carefully climbs up a post barrier column. Then jumps to a high window and pulls himself up onto its ledge.] Alright, almost there.

Me: You completely made up that window, didn't you?

Mordir: Technically, you did. I'm usin' whatever I can, girl. A villain normally can't get what he wants by asking, so he uses what he has available to him, and then steals the rest.

Tynx: [Swoops down after Merashath] We're you goin'? This was fun!

Me: And after all that, he's still just a same old Tynx.

Beron: [Looks up at the dragon battle, then back down to sniffing Ashrai.]

Rune: Beron, enough.

Beron: [Reluctantly stops and trots over to Jacy instead.]

Rune: [Groans]

Tesmir: Lakkerfax, we found oil!

Mordir: [Is finally on a rafter, trying to stay balanced]

Me: How'd you get up there?

Mordir: Like I said, I used what I had.

Seymour: You're going to break your neck up there.

Mordir: No I'm not. It's not that hard.

Orrun: [Crosses arms over chest] I can't wait to see this, then.

Ashrai - What was that?

Niarah - A dog. How can you not know that?

Ashrai - It was small and vaguely wolflike. What am I supposed to think when it sniffs my foot?

Niarah - You don't have a foot, you have a paw.

Ashrai - Oi.

Ember - (Wanders over and sniffs Beron, then stares up at Jacy as well)

Sylvia - He doesn't know what to do with himself. Ember, c'mere.

Ember - (ignores her)

Sylvia - Ember!

Silver - Heheheh. I think I'm a bad influence.

Me - This is an extremely inactive post of mine.

Beron: [Looks at Ember, blinks, then sniffs him before touchign his wet nose to Ember's chin]

Rune: A dragon lover?

Me: Apparently.

Mordir: [Tips an invisible hat to Pirzak] Come on, the closer we get, the easier it'll be to reach them.

Me: What happens if you miss when you jump?

Mordir: You'll save me.

Me: Try me.

Mordir: Don't have to. You'll save me anyway.

Me:

Tounon: Your conversations with him never seem to end in your favor, do they?

Chayn: [Swoops underneath Cat-Dragon and flips upside down, then claws at his belly]

Me: OK, Aivere and Norindas can go back home. Instead, Sophie can come.

Tynx: YEAH!!!!

Me: [Rubbing ears] Ah, Sophie is a girl in Tynx's story. She finds Tynx in Venice. And..... hmm, another villain... yeah, I'll bring in another villain.

Mordir: Yes! [Almost loses his balance on a rafter]

Seymour: I half expected him to shout like Tynx had.

Me: I know. But anyway. Here's another villain, has no name, no personality. He's in Chase's story and wants the sword which Chase eventually creates.

Nameless: Oh, that's a very fine title. Nameless. No villain should live with that kind of name.

Mordir: Oh look, he has a personality already.

Me: No he doesn't. He's just being... uh, snippy. So yeah, the guy needs a name.

Nameless: Quite the place here... do any of these... other-worlders have the tokens I seek?

Seymour: [Raises eyebrow at me]

Me: Um, he might be a bit obsessed with that. If he's pestering someone with that question, just give him a rock and he'll be happy.

Aris: Is he part of the rebellion too?

Me: I dunno. Maybe. He's here mainly for development.

Lakkerfax: *catches fire in sheer elation* You found oil?

Umectra: *condenses water vapor in the air around Lakkerfax and puts him out* Wait until you have a plan before you blow the chat room up Fax.

Skooter: *puts a mussel shell on Nameless' lap* I found a token!

Me: Excuse him, he's a people pleaser.

Naturally a counter-riposte, but I think it actually called a meta-riposte, but I am not sure. A riposte is a parry and a thrust in one motion.

Kimun and Elanhil engage each other with a very rapid exchange of parries and thrusts, until Kimun disengages and steps back, circling.

Elanhil: *raises his sword to the guard position, and keeps his eyes locked on Kimun's.*

Merashath: *Flies up on the window and lands next to Mordir.* Grab a hold, sonny. I'll take you where you need to go.

Yes it is. * chuckles * We just said it differently.

Kimun continues to circle, maintaining guard.

Me: Oh...

Elanhil: *suddenly twirls and reverses the direction in which he is circling, chopping horizontally at Kimun's waist.*

Kimun does a neat backflip over the sword, maintaining contact with it on the flat of his blade the whole time to keep Elanhil from attacking him. He lands within Elanhil's guard and makes a long thrust near his arm with the goal of slashing the inside of his elbow joint.

Those sorts of thrusts are extremely difficult to defend against, because the cutting surface and target are so wide, and trying to move either out of the way when they are so close together is almost impossible to do without losing your balance. Elanhil should be able to do it without a problem though.

By the way, a tip. Kimun's greatest ally is his maneuverability, in any environment. His greatest weakness is his lack of skill and knowledge of the higher arts and finesse in blade to blade complexity. He fights with his whole body, and when limited to the blade, he works to use his greater agility to his advantage to keep the repartee simple. Force him to engage in complex and intricate ballet with the blade itself, and he will be at a loss.

Elanhil: *As soon as Kimun leaps up, Elanhil slides over to the position where Kimun will be facing once he lands, still holding his sword horizontally to give Kimun the illusion that he has not moved when his back is turned in the air. When Kimun lands, Elanhil gives a low thrust and flicks it upward at the last moment, slicing in an upward movement.*

Me: Thanks. Does ^that work?

Mordir: [Mounts up] Thank you kindly. [Looks at the battling dragons] Can you get me above Thysal? Doesn't matter what height.

Tesmir: Tounon found it somewhere.

Tounon: [Pats the barrel] So, what's the first step in making propane?

Nameles: [Eyes widen with eager greediness] Very good. [Picks up mussel] Just five more...

Me: [Aside to authors] He doesn't know what exactly the tokens are supposed to be. Which is why he has his men follow Chase around in the story.

Sophie: Oh, this is so cool! It seems a lot bigger than the PM room...

Me: This place needs to hold more people.

Sophie: Oh... so where's Tynx?

Me: He's flying overhead.

Sophie: Flying?

Me: Long story.

Nameless: [Watches Mordir and Merashath.] What are they doing? Have they found another token?!

Me: No. They're going to help Kai and Cat-Dragon. You will stay down here, and if you behave, you can join their rebellion.

Nameless: Rebellion against who?

Me: Heroes and authors in general.

Nameless: Then I will gladly join them.

Seymour: [Has been glaring at me]

Cory: What'd you do to him?

Me: I thought up a neat story about Luvarian life. He apparently doesn't like it.

Seymour: I never said I didn't like it, I don't think anyone would be interested in our way of life.

Me: I am.

Seymour: You don't count.

Me: Why not? Gimme five reasons.

Aris: Do you have to argue with every character you have?

Erronys: *stretches and yawns, then unfurls his wings and bolts into the sky*

Malcolm: *casually salutes those on the ground with his fore-claw and follows*

Melany: *shades her eyes and watches the dragons in the sky* Ah good, Erronys hasn't been up and about for a while, this ought to do him good.

Me: Alrighty, time for some more development.

*bright light flashes*

Kaida Bennet: *falls a few feet and lands on her feet and one hand, a black knife in one hand. she flicks her head so her bangs are out of her eyes* You've got a thing for entrances boss.

Me: So have you.

Aren Phoenix: *flaps his wings twice and lands followed closely by his "dogs" Avante and Stian* Greetings fellows!

Me: Aren (AR en) is an anthrogryph, he mostly has the body of a human, but the wings, head, and talons of an eagle. Avante and Stian are chamrosh which are essentially gryphon dogs: having the beak and wings of raptors but the bodies of dogs. Avante is a pitbull/eagle, Stian is a greyhound/falcon.

Aren: Well put author.

Me: Thank you Aren.

Beron: [Barks as Aren and Kaida and the gryphon dogs appear]

Rune: Peace, Beron.

Sophie: Oh, how cool! Bird-dogs! May I pet them?

Mordir: [Glances at Erronys, but does nothing]

Seymour: [Nods to the newcomers] Hello.

Tounon: So, once we get the propane, what'll we do?

Tesmir: We blow it up. What else do we do with it?

Rune: [Looks at me] You put them in the same room.

Me: I know I know. I was asking for it.

Nameless: What is this propane? Is it another of the tokens? My, that little Chase boy better be on his toes, or else I'll-

Me: Oh stop, please. OK, you need a name... [Sits down to think]

Stian: *shrieks a Chamrosh bark and dashes over to sniff Beron*

Aren: *to Rune* Don't mind him, he's merely energetic. *To Sophie* He likes it best along the edge of his beak.

Kaida: Wouldn't it be rather a waste to synthesize propane when you could just burn or blow up the oil as it is?

Lakkerfax: I hadn't thought of that. And it would be easier to contain...

Kaida: *sheaths knife* Glad to be of service. *looks around the crowd, sizing everyone up*

Me: *in a whisper* Don't ask her why she has scars covering all of her body except her face. She doesn't like to talk about it.
