Hello, Holy Worlds family! I'm new. You may have noticed that from my lack of posts. *looks at statistics* Yeah...

Anyhow, I'm just introducing myself, and I hope that I get a lot out of this forum, and can help a lot of others.

Hi, Bookworm! I love your signature. :)

I'm Willow/Will or whatever. I answer to a lot of things. :P

I hope you really enjoy the forums! How long have you been writing for?

Azriel- And who do you think you are, running round leaving scars, collecting your jar of hearts, and tearing love apart? You're gonna catch a cold from the ice inside your soul, so don't come back to me. Don't come back at all...

Welcome sir!

We are very happy to have you. I'm glad you come ready to learn and teach at the same time! That is always exciting. I love new contributors! Welcome to the family, and please enjoy the bumpy ride! We are slightly mental around here. :D

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Thank you to all who liked my signature. It is an original saying of mine, feel free to quote it. :D

I have been writing since I was like eight, but I've only gotten serious about it this past year or so.

What are some good topics/threads to get into for newbies?

Hmmm... it depends. (I know, not a very helpful answer!)

You kind of just have to pick something that sounds interesting, and jump into the conversation. (Okay, really not helpful!)
:D

Welcome, Nick! It's great to have you. :D Jump on in to the conversation anywhere. Do you have a particular area of writing that interests you most? You might browse that section of the forum for starters.

Don't listen to Airianna. She has no idea what she's talking about. We're not "slightly" mental - we're "extremely" mental. ;) But that also makes us extremely nice and tolerant. :D

Welcome to HolyWorlds!

I'd suggest reading the 98 (or 99? I lost track) pages of Character Introductions. Just kidding. :D Any thread you think is interesting is a good place to jump in. :D

Yes, I am. And Sir Emeth advertised a contest that was only open to members of this forum, so I joined. I decided to be active when I got a message that mentioned a centaur's respiratory system, and I realized that everyone here is crazy, too.

Okay, I've decided what I want to discuss first in this forum, but I'm not sure where to do it.

The main villain of one of my stories that I am writing is a demon. I want to get him analyzed by the people here, but I don't know where it would be appropriate to put him.

Aha. :)
