Except for the fact that everyone would be distracted by the same stuff and take a million side trips to get there. :D  :D

Minnesota is very central United States. XD A little northern, but hey. *shrug*

Actually, I had a chance to get together with a Holy Worlder who I sadly have not seen on here lately, but her name is Makilien. viewtopic.php?t=636

Unfortunately, due to some traveling circumstances we were not able to get together. :( Someday!

*grin* I wear a lot of black too, hence suggesting the color. ;)

I really think we should at least do a skype conference, if nothing else. :D

Kentucky is fairly central to most of the states mentioned, isn't it? Iowa and Florida are slightly farther, but most of the others don't sound too bad. Something there might work. Then have skype for those who live too far away? Though that still leaves people out... :/

Just want to throw in the reminder that with 100+ members, even a skype conference probably wouldn't get more than about 30% of members attending at the very most based on observed activity patterns. But it would definitely be fun for those that showed up.

I'm still up for a real life meet-up, especially now that we are in US! Skype could work as well, but it might mess-up with so many people.

That would be so much fun if we could ever get together!

I'm in Florida, and I live less than an hour away from Georgia. I think a few people said they lived around here.

I do have skype, though! :)

We might have to do a 3-day thing, and rotate who is with who at different times. :D That's funny, Jonathan.

You guys need to pm me about these things, or I will miss them. :P Haha!

Well, unless you all decide to up and fly to Ireland for the convention, none of the Lausers will be able to make it (unless you all somehow get us citizenship so we can get back in again). :P

So a Skype conference is about the only option you got if you want me there, haha. I have a webcam and audio working now, so it isn't too far out for me.

I think a real life meeting in the States would be fun for y'all though.

And HW t-shirts does sound like a cool idea. We could do a design contest to pick the design.

We could have a get-together and have a computer sitting there with Jay on it. Whenever we feel like it we could walk over and say 'hey'. Georgia sounds like a good place to do it. However, we need someone to host. Hey, I know! Andrew, remember that old abandoned cabin out by I-20? We could all sneak in there!

That sounds awesome! XD

Haha, it is kind of funny to imagine... people sitting around in a group, and on a chair, rather than a person, there's a computer with someone's face on it.

We could all just collect like ten computers--and arrange them around us, and then put one person on skype on each computer and it would be like having a convention! =D =D XD

Well, were not getting anything done here. We need to talk facts!! First off, who would be able to attend if it were in GA, or anywhere else out in the southeast? What about Illinois? A central place like Tennessee/NC? What about if we all went out to Hawaii! Secondly, who even knows of a place where we could host it? Some have already volunteered, but I forget who so volunteer again. :D

Okay, if it were in GA Griffin and I could probably come (it would depend on our crazy schedule). We have some friends in Atlanta, so that area would probably be best. Anywhere else would probably not work, just because it costs so much to travel. And Hawaii... I wish!

I probably wouldn't be able to go to GA :P

Illinois or even Iowa would work better for me. (maybe we should start another poll....once we get a general idea of locations ;) )

Possibly KY.... but that's debatable....

Illinois might work. :D As long as it wasn't in Chicago.

And KY might too...Not sure...

This is all assuming I can even get permission... =P

GA, probably not. Kentucky wouldn't be too bad, so maybe there. Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa I could do.

Hehe.
Well, I've found it's easier to know what all is going on before I ask to do something. Otherwise I'm met with a bunch of questions I have no answers to.

Of course I have Jay!

Well... I have talked about it, but we won't talk seriously in less everyone is looking at Mo. My family ends up hearing most everything that goes on around here. And my brothers pry me for information constantly about all their favorite people on HW. So yes, I have talked with my parents. :D

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

California, anyone?

Realistically, the only place I could travel to would be Missouri, but that would be if my family went on the road trip we've been contemplating for a while.

I haven't mentioned it to mine but that's only because if it's out of state I know I wouldn't be able to get there anyway. Skype and local are the only way it'll fly for me. I've not even been out to see people I actually know in years but that's more a money issue.

That could possibly work for me... but it would depend on a lot of things :P

You know Eruheran, curiosity killed the cat. However, I will list a few of their favorite people.

Jay: I think he's funny, so inevitably my brothers do too. Plus the ominous name of BIG RED makes him a fun person to hear about.

Luke the Mindweilder: They love Matthew. I had them-well, Mathew had them- rolling on the floor laughing with his introduction post.

Shawn: What? We're related, what can I say?

Philli: We talk a lot together, so they like to hear what new dastardly plot we have concocted.

Evening: George is their favorite HW Dragon.

And then there are these two boys, they are related, I think, who remind my brothers of themselves. And one of these brothers makes snide little jabs at me all the time ( ;) ) that they love hearing about. Then they always want to know what I'm going to do about what he just said to me. They really enjoy him. :) But you probably don't know these two guys.

This is not a comprehensive list, they also like people who give flytacklehugs (I have no idea who that is), people who tell tremendous stories about a certain “walking contradiction” character I am rather partial to, people (or person) who tell stories about fire breathing wolves, and, of course, they always want to hear about Inesdar and Jonathan, both of whom they are praying for. So if you weren’t mentioned by name, don’t worry, you still get brought up and provide entertainment. :D

And now I have successfully derailed this thread.

I want a black shirt with a blue logo! (there, back on topic ;) )
