Hi! I just joined today. This forum looks fun, and I think I'll enjoy my stay.
A little about myself:
I'm 23, married (only a little over a year ago), and live in Idaho on a small in-town farm.
My folks live in Iowa, and I have 2 sisters and 2 bothers, all younger than me.
I've been homeschooled since 7th grade.
I like to read, write, and draw.
I have a Guernsey milk cow named Abigail, a few dairy goats, and two dogs.
I'm still fairly new to fantasy in general as my family was pretty conservative when it came to such things. My husband, on the other hand, grew up on Lord of The Rings and the Narnia series. He is the one that introduced me to those worlds. I've always had a great imagination, though, and would make up fictional stories with my siblings for hours on end.

That's my life in a nutshell!
Looking forward to meeting everyone here!

Welcome to Holy Worlds!

Idaho! That's cool. I come from Iowa myself. I wasn't born there, but was raised there. I consider it my "home" state and would move back in a heartbeat. I was from central Iowa; whereabouts in Iowa are you from?

Stay awhile and join in - it's great to have you here!

Welcome Layla, we are so happy to have you. I think it is cool your husband introduced you to fantasy. I think you'll find HW has a nice mix of people. Some are more conservative than others. But that is what helps give us all a great spread of people willing to give advice. Stay and enjoy.

WELCOME! *flytacklehug* That's my customary welcome on here. :D

You can call me Willow, and it's wonderful that you've joined the forum!

I love cows! They are so cute in their own funny little way. :D How do you manage to keep one in town though?

Thanks everyone!

Philadelphia- Nice meeting a fellow Iowan! I'm from the southeastern part of the state. It's beautiful down there.

Evening L. Aspen - I've been reading the blog, To The Valley of Dragons, and there was a link to here. It looked interesting so I had to check it out. I'm glad I did.

Amanda Kondrael - I really like that movie too. We quote it around here a lot.

Willow Wenial - We have six acres in town. Glad to meet someone else who loves cows. There aren't very many that do!

Welcome! *flytacklehug*
I've always wanted to live on a farm! Is it true that when you do you have to wake up at 4 AM to do all the chores?

Welcome to Holy Worlds Fantasy, Layla!

I hope and want to get married young... *sighs happily* I hope you and you husband have a long, happy, God-centered life! ^^

Well, your hobbies and my hobbies sound about the same. I'm a reader, writer, and drawer myself. ;)

The Princess Bride is my favorite movie! :D We actually have a thread on it somewhere around here...

I hope you enjoy your stay here!

Eirwyn- Nope. I do my chores at 10:30 am and 5 pm most days. It's all how you decide to arrange it! I do have to get up at 4:30 most mornings to get my husband fed and off to work, though!

Calenmiriel- I think getting married young is a great thing!

Elanhil- Thanks! Yes, it is.

On the contrary, there are millions of people that love cows, just ask any steakhouse owner :D Just kidding.

My family lived near Des Moines for about a year and a half.

I went on a mission trip this summer with a group from Twin Falls, ID in the south-central part of the state. I think it's an hour or two away from Boise. Where in Idaho do you live?
