Weekly Challenge #243: Use one of these prompts: #1, #2, #3, or #4

Directions:
1. Post on the challenge thread, declaring the goals you have committed to. This must be done before midnight on Monday.
2. When you have finished your goals, post on the challenge thread again, stating what goals you have completed, how many times you have completed them, and whether any of them were combined.
3. At midnight on Saturday you are not allowed to report any more finished goals, and the challenge is over.

Rules:
1. You can repeat the weekly challenges, and get more points, but if you repeat your own personal goal, you will not get extra points.
2. The organizer has the right to veto any personal goal that seems too easy (i.e. writing a sentence).

Challenge accepted, sorta. All those links go to Pinterest, and there's lots of prompts. Note that I don't have and really don't want another social media account to deal with. Can you post which specific prompts you're looking at? Or do we get to choose for the ones we can see before the Pinterest thing covers the screen?

#1:
An armed burglar sneaks into a house. Upon gaining entry to a heavily secured room he presumes to be full of untold riches, he finds a teenager, trussed up in a makeshift cell instead. Seeing the weapon the teenager begs: “Please…Just kill me.”
The burglar is stunned for a moment but then curious, putting his task aside, he helps the teen escape…
Write what happens next.

The outgoing President of the United States has written a letter to the newly inaugurated President. Instead of friendly advice, that letter contains the horrible truth that the public doesn’t know about. Write that letter.
