"GUYS! Dory is missing! We gotta find her!"

Show of hands, who was excited for this movie? :D Finding Nemo isn't my favorite Pixar film, but it's definitely a Pixar classic, and I'm not complaining about more Dory. Of course, I was also the girl who wasn't complaining about more Mater in Cars 2, so you know...

Even though I did like Cars 2 ;) , Finding Dory is much better. It lives up to the quality of Finding Nemo, and it was a very adorable, humorous, and sweet flick. Baby Dory is basically the cutest thing ever! While it wasn't revolutionary like Inside Out, it meets the quality standards of Pixar. And, naturally, the animation is only getting better!

What did y'all think of it?

It looks really cute but I doubt I'll see it until it's on DVD. Probably not until it's on Netflix. We just don't go to the movies all that much. (The only reason I saw Angry Birds was Hubby was dying to see X-Men so I took the kiddo to see the only kid-friendly movie playing at the same time.)

Finding Dory was soooo good! I loved it! It rivalled the first film, I think (and it was so much better than Cars 2 ;) ). But it was also soooo sad. :bawl: They tied everything in from the first one so well, what with Dory's past. I thought they'd ruin it with a second, but I was pleasantly surprised.
And yes, baby Dory was adorable!! ^_^ :D

I loved it too. The realism of Dory's struggle, both physically and emotionally, was really moving and believable. The New characters were worthy counterparts, and the storyline overall was beyond what I had anticipated. It was well worth the watch.

I am waiting for the DVD to watch it, but am definitely looking forward to it. It has had a lot of positive reviews from friends.

I really enjoyed it and thought it was super cute! I was afraid they'd ruin it with a second, but it was well done. The new characters were fun, and the ending climax truly made me laugh.
