Here is an interesting reality program that may be of interest to sci-fi and spy writers.
Hunted is a reality program in which contestants are told, at any random point in their day, that they are being hunted. From that moment on, they are considered a fugitive. A crack team of retired police, investigators, FBI agents, and detectors of patterns. There are not prizes but satisfaction. There are cameramen on all sides, one accompanying the fugitive, some with the street teams of agents, and some at the headquarters, so we get a full look into the way both sides are thinking and how the system works.
WARNING: The show has no censorship, so the numerous F-words and occasional vulgar topics that come up are impossible to avoid unless you can watch it somewhere that censors them.
That aside, it is a compelling study as a writer.
