Weekly Challenge #201: Write a short background story for your current WIP.

NaNo Challenge: Finish all prep work for NaNo.

Directions:
1. Post on the challenge thread, declaring the goals you have committed to. This must be done before midnight on Monday.
2. When you have finished your goals, post on the challenge thread again, stating what goals you have completed, how many times you have completed them, and whether any of them were combined.
3. At midnight on Saturday you are not allowed to report any more finished goals, and the challenge is over.

Rules:
1. You can repeat the weekly challenges, and get more points, but if you repeat your own personal goal, you will not get extra points.
2. The organizer has the right to veto any personal goal that seems too easy (i.e. writing a sentence).

Points:
You can earn points in these ways:
1. completing the weekly challenge
2. repeating the weekly challenge
3. completing your personal goal
4. combining your personal goal and the weekly challenge

Personal Goal: Get a basic outline written, including the climax, Have the first five scene cards written, and write three character loglines.

And I suppose if I've done descriptions of my most important locations and characters as well, I'll have my NaNo Prep done. I've decided do my detailed outline as part of NaNo or not do it at all.

Timezone: AEDT

As much as I SHOULD do this challenge, I'm going to sit this one out because my in-laws are visiting this week.

Oops, I realized this morning that I'd forgotten to report that I had completed my goals and the challenge. I'll have to make sure I do it on Friday in the future as Saturday don't work.
