That's just 1/4 of the world! ;) No, not really. Tushola is an empire of about 5 or 6, Sation is a union of 3, So in the past there were about 15. I know, not quite my goal of 30-40, but maybe I will make an addition to the world. :)

Thanks! It's actually a really old one called 'Fireworks 2'. I have Gimp, but Fireworks has the best pen tool I can find (or I'm just used to it), so I stick to it for map-making.
