Do any of you guys have pets? What are their names? Breeds?

We have a lot of pets... a list of them:

Chavelah - a Red Abysinnian girl
Hodel - a Ruddy Abysinnian girl
Zoya - a Siamese/Ragdoll mix, girl (My little kitten... ^_^)
Bob - a black-and-white barncat outside, boy
Mordecai - an orange tabby stray that hangs around, we take care of him

And we added a new addition today!

Fyedka - a Ruddy Abysinnian boy kitten

We used to have a dog. A German Shepherd named Sela. But after she died, February of this year... well, my mom refuses to ever get another dog. We used to have another red Aby and a bird (as seen in my signature) this year, but they both died. :/

How about ya'll?

*cries* We cannot have any pets in our apartment! :bawl:

But if we could, I'd have dogs, horses, goats, and lambs. And a cow or two. :)

We have:

Three dogs, all Miniature Schnauzers: one male, Pippin and two female, Heidi and Bonnie.

Two Guinea Pigs called Mars and Popcorn

One horse, an Irish Sport Horse, called Brandi.

We've had pets over the years that have passed on, a dog (Winston), birds, rabbits and guinea pigs (we've had eight Guinea pigs including Mars and Popcorn). And we currently have six puppies in the house, but they're going to their new homes in the first week of November.

I have a male beagle named Humphrey. He's not normal so he fits right in. :D

I used to have two leopard geckos named Rockwell and Sanders but it was too much to keep them in the winter.

Our family also had a cockatiel on two occasions, the first one, Petey, was very cuddly but had a sickness and died. The second one, Bertrum Greystoke, was bitey to everyone but me so he just got to be a nuisance.

Renna, I love the more unusual names of your pets! Abyssinians are my favorite cat breed. :D

We have a Shorkie puppy named Charlie- he's mostly my sister's but like most friendly little dogs he loves everyone he comes in contact with. I call him "spastic" when he's so excited he can hardly sit on command.

We also have a black cat we got from the animal shelter when I was almost 15. Her name is Noel (I wanted to name her Ebony but got voted down for a "cute" name.) and she's a finicky one person cat- mine. She's usually fine with my little brother, but shuns the rest of the family and will bite; she chases the puppy. *Smirks* When he's not chasing her. . .

We have a Chocolate Lap puppy named Hershey (big surprise, right? ;) ). We also have two loveable parakeets named Siegfried and Tristan. (Although Siegfried is actually a female, no one likes to admit it.) We're also currently housing two dogs for our friend, one an Australian Blue Heeler and the other a pointer of some kind. It makes life interesting, but it's fun. :) :)

We used to have a lot of animals but had to give them away when we moved. Now we have a adorable, 12 year old cat named Midnight. We've had him since he was a kitten, and I love him to pieces. X3

We run an unofficial animal rescue, so we have multiple animals. At the moment we do not have any dogs, due to the fact that we travel so much-- we gave all the puppies and Lacey away to families-- but we have 5 cats (which is a low number, actually).

La Fangel (it stands for Little fat Angel, but we just call him Angel most of the time): He has been an old friend these past 12 years. I can't imagine life without him. He is the leader of the Rat Pack, as we call our motley crew, and is the first to welcome a newcomer and make the other cats fall in line and accept any new rescues. He's a beautiful mix of some kind.

Cricket: My bottle baby. She's nine, and I've had her since she was abandoned at 2 weeks old, due to an upper respiratory infection. Basically, when a kitten gets sick, the mother cat will remove the rest of the kittens from the litter and leave the one to die, in the hopes that the rest of the kittens don't get infected. She was starving and helpless, and when I picked her up her eyes were matted shut. She latched onto the side of my finger and I never let her go since. She was bottle fed way longer than she needed to be. She's grey with a white muzzle, and white stockings up her legs.

Cinder Soot: All black. I've had lots of all black cats over the years, because people are so superstitious around here. They still drown black cats, in fact, or throw them out of the car as they drive down the highway. Cinder is a long haired nine year old, and she's very.... hormonal. She is the last to accept any newcomer, but she loves the family very much.

Riley and Lenox: They are short haired grey tabbies. Brother and sister, and only about 7 months old, I think. I've had them since they were 7 weeks old. They were unwanted kittens that someone was trying to get rid of, and I was going through a rough patch and needed kittens to throw myself into (not literally, figuratively). So, I brought them both home. Well, I brought Riley home (boy) first, and a week later the unloved and unwanted Lenox who was going to be without a home soon. I'm very glad I made the choice to take them, because they have been wonderful. :D And now Angle has kittens to torment him. ;) It keeps him young, is my way of thinking.
