I slept badly last night (as always; I never sleep well. Nightmares tend to do that to you)...And dizziness in my dreams didn't help.

Ugh. It's just been nothing but worse this whole year.

Last night I had unbelievably awful nightmares. >_< Ugh. Hopefully tonight will be a turnaround. I've been sleeping so bad lately. And I never sleep well, so that's saying something.

I know what a wreck I am when I don't get enough sleep, and I'm not even sick. I can't imagine how much worse it is for you.

I wish I had some good news to report, but unfortunately it is nothing but bad.

The last two nights of "sleep" (like that was sleep <_<) have been complete and utter trash. I hoped to get rest last night, but, instead, I was greeted with even worse nightmares than usual (incredibly so), and garbage sleep.

I have needed relief and deliverance for so long, and I have not gotten any. Three and a half years of ever-growing torture. Will this never end?

I had been sleeping slightly better, too. But the last four nights, especially the last two, have been horrid.

I was in tears this morning. Which I cry pretty easily. But it was bad. Really bad. And it still is.

I've started to listen to the Bible being read while on the computer. I believe it will help. I was able to listen to 60+ Psalms last night doing that. Sure, I'm not retaining all of it by any means, but it's still going into my subconscious.

I'm glad you slept better. Yes, listening to the Bible is a great way to get it into your head even if you aren't paying attention the whole time. I'll pray you continue to get better sleep.
