I will not be on so much this week. The choir ministry I'm a part of has an upcoming concert on Saturday, the 13th of October. We've been advised by our choir conductor to get all the sleep we can (so no more late night chatting for me ), to rest our voices--that means no root beer ( ) and other sweet, cold drinks. And I need to get some stuff done for work because we have several events and programs coming up. And there are some music scores I still need to memorize. *panics slightly*

So I'll miss you all, especially in the chats, where the craziest of things happen. I'm soliciting prayers, too, as this is "crunch time" and we have a lot to practice and do before we'll be actually ready on the 13th. Please pray that we'll touch the lives of the people. That's our goal beyond singing and performing. We want to reach out to those who do not yet know Christ, and we'll be doing that by sharing the Gospel in between the songs we sing. Pray for our voices, for strength and rest for each one, and protection from harm.

Good thing. She has better things to do this weekend than sit in a hospital recovering from second-degree burns. Thank God for creating eagles! Very useful in a pinch.

Praise God for the concert, for the opportunity to share to people about His love! It was tiring, rehearsals and preparations were immensely taxing, but what is tiredness compared to the enjoyment of ministering to others and serving God?
