I just ate two delicious orange creamesicle thingies, and so I was thinking...what is your favorite kind of ice cream? :dieshappy:

Also let's discuss what our favorite medium is for ice cream consumption: wafflecone? Some other kinda cone? Waffle bowl? Normal bowl? Stick? In between two chocolate wafers? :D

Must I pick only one? I like so many different flavors: sherbert, chocolate, rocky road, caramel something-or-other that I just had last night. Really, I haven't met a flavor I don't like.

I usually just eat it out of a bowl.

Ice cream!! Now I'm going to have to go have some. :D

I try to stick to coconut/soy ice 'cream', and I LOVE sorbets and ices and the like. But I do like strawberry ice cream, cookies-n-cream, lemon ginger, anything really chocolatey, and plain vanilla with bananas and chocolate sauce. On the rare occasion that I go to an ice cream store, I usually get a waffle cone. :D

*goes off to find some ice cream now*

As a note of interest, we make homemade ice cream. :)

That's how I usually eat it too, though a cone is nice once in awhile...(problem is you can't cram as much ice cream into a cone as you can into a bowl. :dieshappy: )

Exactly why I like it in a bowl. Also...you can't put as much toppings (chocolate or caramel syrup, nuts, chocolate chips, etc. etc.) if it's just in a cone. :)

Ooohhhh, toppings. My favorite combination is homemade vanilla sprinkled with assorted nuts bananas or strawberries, and drowned in chocolate syrup. ^_^

And another thing. Vanilla ice cream with peanut butter...Now that's GOOD! :D :D :D

Cookie dough! :dieshappy: Though I've liked every type of ice cream I've ever had. That's my favourite of the poll ones, though. :D

I eat ice cream in a bowl, because I'm such a slow eater, and in a cone it drips, and in a waffle bowl it gets the bowl soggy. But in a regular bowl I can eat at my own pace. ^_^

Wait! I just remembered! We have this huge teacup thing that's like a bowl with a handle, and that's my favourite for ice cream. That way you can hold the handle without getting cold hands, and it fits more then a mug. ^_^

Here's a new ice cream question... What is the strangest flavour you've ever had? I'll reveal mine soon.

Why dirty a bowl? I eat it right out of the container. ;)

Although sometimes when I do use a bowl I like to crush up waffle cones and sprinkle it over my ice cream. ^_^

My favourite ice cream is Chocolate and Mint Choc Chip. But if I go to the cinema and it's Ben and Jerry ice cream, I tend to get Fish Food. :)

Thank goodness. *is relieved*

If there's no fish food or real fish, and fish don't eat it, then why the bizarre name? Or is it just a British thing?

Actually, I just realised you spell it as phish food. :D And it is chocolate ice cream, with caramel, marshmallows and chocolate shaped fish in it.

If there's no fish food or real fish, and fish don't eat it, then why the bizarre name? Or is it just a British thing?

Does Rocky Road have actual rocks in it? No.

Good point. But then again, rocks aren't edible and fish are. With the English, one can never be certain... ;)

Actually, I just realised you spell it as phish food. :D And it is chocolate ice cream, with caramel, marshmallows and chocolate shaped fish in it.

*holds out bowl* Heaping, please. (I wish there was a smiley to express my feelings, but I don't see any licking their lips in eager anticipation.)

Ooh, good point! :D

Why not a waffle bowl you get it all in one. However I prefer a cone it just feels right. Why would you want to put so many toppings on it you wont be able to enjoy the Ice cream just the toppings.

Mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream. No question. ^_^

Typically on a waffle cone is best, but usually have it in a bowl.
