Today's been really bad. I had a horrible nightmare in which my dizziness got significantly worse, and, in the dream, it was. It was real and not real. So that got things started off rather badly...

I apparently have a wisdom tooth or wisdom teeth growing in. I thought they had already grown in somewhat and had fit.

Sure, this isn't a big deal in and of itself. But with all the other trash I have on top of this, this is too much.

EDIT: Well, I feel better now. Jonathan told me a little about wisdom teeth (he has them, too), and it looks like it may not be that big of a deal (even with everything else). Please pray that it won't be...

Well, it looks like I may have a new problem: I've been having tremors lately. It could just be exhaustion (having nightmares every single night is not conducive to good sleep), or something, so hopefully that's it, and it's not another chronic problem.

As an update, my tremors appear to just be from my heart rate, which has been up some lately. So, that's two possible problems (this and wisdom teeth) knocked out of the water (probably). Hopefully the other stuff will soon follow.

Oh my gosh. I've only read a fraction of what's going on in your life and I feel really.......I can't say sorry, because the last thing you need to do is feel sorry for yourself.
