It's time we midwesterners got together again!
If we can get a general location for each attendee we'll try to sort of meet in the middle. I think we should have one from Nashville, one from South of St Louis and one from South central IL. Who else??

No, I just wasn't sure if it would discourage some people from attending if they had to miss church on Sunday.

I think I should make everyone duly aware... The tentative date for my Peter's Angel release party on HWHF is Sept. 8th. I have no idea if that would even remotely affect anyone's plans, and I don't want to disrupt you if you've already got something going, but I just thought you should know that there might already be an HW event on that day.

We picked that date because some of the attendees are actually from quite far away and will be closest to us that weekend. Last time I had a month long tooth pulling expedition trying to find out when and where would be best for everybody. LOL

No, no, I actually think you were here first. I'm confused though--is this a go? If you've already got plans set and have some people who are going to be there, I could move my date. I haven't locked the 8th yet. I'm not sure if it'd make too much of a difference... but if a lot of people are going to be at your house and not online then I'll consider moving it. This is a special event for the community so I want people to be there.

So what are your plans so far for this? I'm sorry for sounding so rude , but this thread makes it sound like it's still hypothetical, so I wasn't sure if this was set.

They're driving over 800 miles and won't be back in the area again for a while.
