Ah, then it's Friday that you need a ride. Can't help there. :(

It sounds like Friday would be best for Zoe, so would getting together at... say 11, work?

Sigh. Why is it I can never make it to the conventions? I'll be on a plane to Peru the 27th. :P

My Mom is hesitant to let me come, due to the fact of my wisdom teeth extraction (the nastinessss of that phrase, precious!) Tuesday morning. :P I am working on convincing her with details, but it's looking doubtful... * sighs *

What day are y'all meeting? If you're not meeting 'til the weekend, you will probably be fine after your surgery, Liz. I've had my wisdom teeth out, and I was out of it for about three days (steadily getting better after the first day) and then I was fine. 'Course, everyone is different, but I'm just speaking from experience. :D

I'm not too worried about it; my Mom thinks I might still be out of it... She had a bad experience. Anywho, I'm working on it.

* has been ironing out the details *

Okay. Friday afternoon would work, provided I'm feeling good enough, which we wouldn't know until the day of. :P Saturday afternoon/morning might work, but they could really use me here.

So. If that doesn't work, then just go on ahead, and I'll try to Skype in.

I've discussed with Shawn and Zoe, and we have decided to go with Saturday.

We will be meeting at 9:00 at the aforementioned bookstore. Sound good everyone (by which I mean Zoe, Ruby, and possibly Shawn)?

The address of where we are meeting is:
2815 Buford Drive
Buford, GA 30519

Can everyone find that via GoogleMaps or some other direction-giver?

Small update: I didn't think to check what time the bookstore opens until my mom asked me, and when I checked, I discovered that it opens at 10 (this is why I don't like being in charge of things ). However, the coffee shop is open 3 hours earlier than the bookstore, so we can still meet there without having to stand outside for an hour. XD

*pokes Ruby* Everything sound good?

I was pondering bringing my (Dying :P) computer... If we end up doing writing, or something, I might want it, I thought. It wouldn't work for Skype, though. :P

I'll bring mine, unless you want to bring yours, Zoe.

Skype time... would 10:00 work for everyone?

Oh, wait, I think I have it... Tell me if this is right. At the time of my posting this, it's 9:12 in Saskatchewan (MDT) and 11:12 in Georgia (EDT). So 10 there is 8 here, which might be too early for us Saskatchewanites. :P I'll talk with Danko, but it might not work out for us.

Yes, it appears that you have the times figured correctly, Azlyn.

*hopes Ruby will show up at the convention if not on the thread*

Yes, Kaitlyn, but we could easily move it to 10 your time (and it's looking like it might work better that way for others).

Of the people who have purposed Skyping so far, I have every address except Seer's. I'll need you to PM me, Jordan. :D

It's all figured out now. :D Danko and I can make it for 10 am Georgia time. So it's for sure that we can skype in, provided my computer doesn't play tricks. *Will test the mic first and make sure*

I can Skype in! :D Although, 10/11 is right around dinner time here... /: Oh well, I'll be able to eat a little bit sooner/later or just quickly. (:

Saturday the 28th?

Yes, Saturday 28th. :D

Question for Zoe and Ruby. Would meeting at 10 work for you? Mom's worried that there won't be enough room for us in the coffee shop in the middle of the morning crowd. (If this does happen, we would be Skyping closer to 11-ish.)

11-ish is around 7 for me, and that'd probably work better. For me anyway.

If it must work, it must work. ;)

So what is the official Skype time, then?

Skype time of 11 (9 my time) works just fine for me.

Let's just make the Skype time 10:30 EDT (9:30 your time, Kaitlyn). That way, we can easily Skype whether we arrive at 9 or at 10.

Now. ;)

The convention starts at 10, Skype time 10:30 (EDT). The convention will probably end when either Shawn or Zoe has to leave. Basically, we'll play it by ear. ;)

 I wish. I just thought it would be nice if one didn't have to bother converting the times oneself.
I'm glad. =D
