Tae: He's so polite.

Me: The way you say that worries me.

Tae: Why?

Tae: Good reason.

Me: Our characters' interactions are higher maintenance, it seems.
Celia: I'm not sure if I should be insulted or not...
Me: Celia being my creation, you are, to a certain degree, an extension of myself. If something offended you, it would offend me as well.
Zach: Well, you sure do mess with us a lot...
Max: I agree, and if you queried of me whether I at all find your joking humorous, I would answer in the affirmative.
Celia: Not helping, Maxine...
Max:

Diki: I did not ask you.

Me: Yes, I know you asked me. But I wasn't going to answer you because I wanted you to talk to someone else. Speaking of which, two other people answered you, and you are ignoring them.

Diki: I know.

Me: I had a feeling....

Diki: I do not ignore people by mistake.

Me: I don't think I'll ask you why you are ignoring them.


Diki: Will you tell me, I beg, what the rules are here?

Me: No fighting.

Diki: Who stops it?

Me: Err...The authors, I suppose...I mean, everyone titled 'Me'.

Diki: You would stop me?

Me: Yes. It's the rule.

Diki: And they would stop everyone else?

Me: Yes. At least I would hope so.

Diki: * falls silent *

Tarkas: I was only trying to start a conversation. You looked lonely.

Aelynn: If he doesn't wish to speak, don't bother him, son.

Tarkas: Yes ma'am.

Mylo: [Sniffs Diki]

Me: [Pushes Mylo into the water] Will you cut that out?! You're going to freak people out if you keep that up. Most people aren't used to having dragons stick her noses at them.

Mylo: [Lowers body in the water until all that can be seen is his head] You're grouchy.

Me: I am not. I'm trying to keep my characters in line.

Catherine: [To Tarkas] Well...if he lets you...
Cat: *still lying down, has stopped purring*

The Black Dragon: What's this about bringing my story back?
Me: You're not in character. Be patient. It'll be at least a year from now.
The Black Dragon:

Diki: * looks at them with an odd look in his eyes * * scowls slightly at Aelynn * If he wishes to speak he can speak. It will not change whether I speak or not.



Diki: * looks slightly amused * * also scornfully dubious, a little * I did not know that Yesaré dragons allow themselves to be moved in that manner.

Aelynn: [Smiles gently] Of course. I only meant that if my son is bothering you, he should let you be.

Tarkas: [Crouches down by Cat and helds out his hand for him to sniff]

Mylo: [Extends neck out of the water and tilts his head] I am not aware of that dragon name. What are they?

Me - Every time I write out a post, something happens to it. -_-

Thysal - *promptly moves over and sniffs Diki* What's a Yesaré dragon?

Me - *drags Thysal away* (Just like my dog) And how do you pronounce that?

Zanya - *looks around at everything happening* Is it just me, or is this place starting to look like the old Character Intros?

Vala - I dunno. What did the old one look like?

Zanya - A mess. *eyes the cat*

Vala - It hasn't gotten messy in here yet . . . *Glances over at Celia and Max* What kind of name is Max?

Thysal - Anyway, other dragons, there is a thread for us reptile-kind! Things are starting out a little slow, so if anyone has any fun ideas, they'd be appreciated. I personally am in favor of hunting out those little glittery bird thingies that keep appearing in the celebration thread.

Me - Those are the celebratory penguins, and don't you dare eat those!

Thysal - *huffs*

Max: *steps closer menacingly* What do you mean, what kind of a name is Max? What kind of a name is Vala?
Me: Sorry about that. I like Vala. Max is short for Maxine.
Celia: I like Max's name. It suits her. Tomboyish. I also like the name Vala, though...
Max: Pssh.

Diki: I did not say he was an annoyance to me.

If that was his intention, however, it would be just as well for him to stop.




Diki: If you are not Yesaré... * frowning slightly * Are you even god-beasts?

Me (seeing that he is not going to answer): They are...to put it simply, the imago deic kind of dragons in the world he comes from, as opposed to the animal ones. You pronounce it Yes(as in yes, yes)-AW-ree.

Catherine: *hand resting on the cat's side* Don't worry...
Cat: *eyes narrow to slits, remains unmoving...slight growl*
Me: Easy, tiger... he won't hurt you.

Thysal - Hmm. In that case, no, I'm not a Yesaré. That would be kind of cool, though . . . but alas, I'm just a normal ice dragon with more than my share of guts and wit.

Me - And annoyingness.

Thysal- That too. @Diki; are all dragons like that in your world, or do you have some of the normal beasties too? Like me?

Arath - *eyes Max, and steps up next to Vala*

Vala - *raises both hands* Peace! I didn't mean any offense. It just . . . sounded like a man's name. Just not a man that I'd know; maybe a drani?

Arath - *looking at Vala* Keep digging, girl.

Vala - And what's tomboyish mean?

Me - Vahiramala . . .

Vala - What? Did I say something?

Me - I think it's rather obvious that my characters weren't exactly socialized with my own world. XP

Max: It would be a man's name if it weren't short for Maxine. I happen to like it.
Celia: It really does suit her, her personality and such.
Zach: Yes, it's a perfect name for her.
Max: It's funny, there's this weird guy on my soccer team named Kelley. Now that is a little-known unisex name. So we tease each other.
Me: If only you knew, Max. If only you knew... *goes all melancholy again*

Diki: There are dragons that are merely animals, yes. * shortly *

Tarkas: [Reaches out to pet Cat, but pulls back when Cat growls] Maybe later, then? I don't want to make him uncomfortable.

Me: We talkin' about the cat or you?

Tarkas:

Tarkas: [Crosses arms] I wasn't trying to be bothersome. Excuse me for-

Seymour: [Pushes Tarkas away] Behave. Go find something to do, but don't get into trouble.

Tarkas: [Smiles and pushes a lock of hair from his eyes] Who, me?

Me: [Swats him] Don't be snippy.

Tarkas: She hit me.

Me: You're lucky it wasn't a dictionary.

Tarkas:

Catherine: No, no, it's okay! Calm down kitty, come try again, Tarkas. (:
Cat: *still wary, and ears are flattened against his head. Ceases growling*
Me: Oh it'll be fine.

Jay: Blech. A cat.

Me: *smacks* Shut your pie hole! It's adorable!

Catherine: I'm bored.
Me: You would be.

Tarkas: [Reaches out cautiously and strokes Cat's back]

Tae: See? He's nice.

Me: All my exciting characters are gone.

Diki: * looks slightly interested * How are they gone?

Me: My two dragons are off playing with other dragons. My villain's getting himself beat up in a duel, and my hyperactive fox is on a treasure hunt.

Seymour: What are we?

Me: Civilized, normal people.

Aelynn: We're normal?

Tae: When did that happen?

Me: Guess I need to find someone new to bring in.

Diki: * sinks back into a slight, sullen scowl and stretches out on the ground * * watches Seymour steadily *

Seymour: [Stares back steadily]

Me: Seymour, don't be creepy.

Seymour: [Ignores]

Me: Oi. But hey, now I get to find out if a Luvarian can hold an eye staring contest!

Catherine: See!
Cat: *ears flattened, but compliant*
Me: (:

* glances away scornfully and looks at the cat instead *

Tarkas: [Smiles and rubs Cat behind his ears] He's a nice cat.

Seymour: [Smiles slightly]

Me: Be nice. Go talk to him/ Socialize!

Seymour: Why me?

Me: Because you're being boring.

Seymour: And that's my fault?

Me: ...yes.

Cat: *Stands up a little straighter, and removes some signs of hostility*
Catherine: See, a little time is all he needs. (: I think he likes you Tarkas!

Tarkas: [Smiles and rubs Cat under his chin] I'm honored to be liked by such a noble cat.

Tae:

Me: OK! I has new peoples to introduce. But first: Aelynn, Tae, you girls will leave.

Tae: What?! Why? I don't wanna!

Me: Because I don't want to have a monster-load of characters running around. And you two have enough development for now. So scoot. [Pushes Aelynn and Tae out] Anyway, this is Thaeren and Rynx. Short might find some interest in Rynx. Thaeren is Tynx's older brother, while Rynx is, basiclaly, Tynx's second-self. Or if we want to get technical, a demon.

Rynx: I despise that use of the word. Do I look like those imps with wings and pointed forks?

Thaeren: My little brother isn't here? I thought for sure he would be.

Me: He's off treasure hunting. No you can't go. They're gonna be a handful. Feel free to get rough with them. They need development.

Rynx: I beg your pardon? I do not need development. I have a perfectly fine character.

Me: What's your favorite food?

Rnx: Uh... well... I-

Me: Exactly.

Thaeren: Can I be developed to be a-

Me: No. You will stay normal. You two are exhausting.

Me: I know how you feel, Aris.

Geo: We are not exhausting! *starts to stomp away, but trips and knocks over a coat rack, which knocks over a bookshelf, which knocks over several vases, which leave a dent in the wall*

Dawn: Of course you aren't.

Me:

Celia: Huh, when we leave, everyone gets bored...
Max: Duh! We're awesome.
Zach: That includes Mist's characters, too.
Celia: Well, all the characters are awesome...
Me: That's what you get for kicking us out.

Me: Rynx, huh? Hi Rynx! And Thaeren!
Celia:
Zach: Hey, guys.
Max: *bounds over* Hi, I'm Max! *shakes Thaeren's hand vigorously and scratches Rynx between the ears*

Thaeren: [Stares at his paw, unsure of how to respond] Uh... hello?

Rynx: [Snarls and jumps back, spitting like a cat] Kindly refrain from such actions, madam! I am not one who enjoys such attentions.

Me: He's weird and grumpy.

Rynx: You would be too if you got blown up!

Me: OK, that hasn't been completely decided yet. You might just end up disintegrating.

Rynx: And that's supposed to make me feel better?!

Me: Uh, sure? Better than getting blown to bits. That'd be a terrible mess.

Rynx: I think I'd rather be trapped inside Tynx. Better yet, that stone pillar. -_-

Thaeren: He talks as much as Tynx does. Don't tell me this is how he'll be for the story.

Me: Probably not. Tynx isn't a big talker, not as much as he used to. Only when he's really excited. Or high on Mt. Dew.

Thaeren: Do I even want to know that story?

Me: Oh no wait, that was the squirrel. I don't think Tynx ever had Mt. Dew.

Viarri: - draws sword and waves in Htogarh's direction, her eyes gleaming in a way that says "wanna play?" -

Htogarh: - sighs - Now?

Viarri: - hands drop to sides in an exasperated fashion -

Htogarh: I mean, we just got here after two and a half hours of fencing... Can we please take a break?

Viarri:

Htogarh: Ooookaaaay... - stands reluctantly and slowly draws sword -

Viarri: - raises sword with a triumphant grin -

Skyburner: xD

Max: @Rynx: Whatever. Sorry, Thaeren, my author didn't know you were a fox too.
Me: *elbows Max*

Me: *flies across room and lands in a heap* Oww...

Vala - *nudges Max* Thaeren doesn't sound like a fox name, so you're fine. ^^

Me - Guys, go say hi.

Zanya - Hi.

Me - No, go over there.

Zanya - *sighs and shifts into feline form before prowling over to the foxes* So whaddya mean you're Tynx's second self? Sort of like a Mr. Hyde version of him? *sniffs Rynx*

Me - Again, social skills. Or lack thereof.

Zanya - I just got banished from HWs via Mr. Wright in that community story. How d'ya think I'm gonna act? *glare*

Vala - Oh, I dunno. Charming, as usual. *smirks*

Arath - Whoa, sarcasm. Didn't know she had it in her. o_O

Diki: Are you referring to me?

Thaeren: Our parents had a fondness for unusual names. The disaster of Tynx's name is a prime example.

Me: He's just jealous.

Thaeren: I am not! If that little rat thinks he can outdo me just because he became an Aesceil, he's wrong!

Me: I'm sure that's exactly what he was thinking. [To Diki] I was indeed.

Seymour: I'd rather not.

Me: You two need to socialize. You're being boring.

Seymour: I'm a boring person.

Me: Hardly. You is epic person.

Seymour: Please don't say that again in front of others.

Rynx: Of a sort, I suppose. I had my own body way back, but then I angered a queen in her court and I was trapped in a stone. But then I found a way out, with the help of that bulky bag of fur-

Thaeren: Hey now!

Rynx: -and wound up in his brother's body. Wasn't terribly hard to create my own, but it was in his likeness, minus his abilities.

Me: Still working on that.

Rynx: See that you do.

Me: Word of advice: You don't order me around.

Rynx: [Shrugs] Whatever floats your boat.

Seymour: He's about as annoying as Mordir.

Me: Worse, I think. And poor Tynx has to live with him stuck in his body.

Diki: If you would tell me how I was being boring, I'll do it again.

Me: I wasn't saying you were boring. I was saying Seymour was boring.

Seymour: If he wants to talk, I will be happy to oblige.

Me: See? He's being boring.

Seymour: I'm bored.

Me: Then for pete's sake do something!

Seymour:

Rynx: And I thought I was the scary one.

Thaeren: I think authors have their own kind of scary. The kind that never lets you forget that they have power beyond us all.

Rynx: Is that even legal?

Me: You're one to talk about things being legal. You've kidnapped, you've attempted murder-

Rynx: Alright, I get the point! We don't need my backstory.

Diki:Aris, pardon my unclearness – I do not want to talk. And I especially do not want to talk to him.

Seymour: Well I never-

Me: [Pushes Seymour toward Ciela's characters] Okie dokies.

Seymour: Do NOT push me! He-

Me: Dude, chill. He's not the talkative type.

Seymour: Neither am I, but you were trying to get me to talk.

Me: Yes, because you're my character. Diki is not. Therefore, I have no control over what he does. Over you, however, I have control.

Thaeren: Again, threatening characters with author power.

Rynx: Blackmailing to the extreme. Is that even legal?

Me: Again, you and legal-

Rynx: Sue me. Not like it's copyrighted or anything.

Me: Would it even matter to you if it was?

Rynx: ...

Tarkas: Aris, you're talking too much.

Ok, screw the colours.

Cat: *ears flatten, jerks away from all people, and puts himself in a defensive position in front of Catherine...growls*
Catherine: It's ok, the foxes are nice...
Me: Ooo, he hates canines. Especially wolves, but foxes are bad too. He'll probably try to start a fight if one of you so much as blinks at him...

Rynx: Well he's in luck. I'm not a fox.

Me: Well you look like one and you smell like one. I don't think he'll know the difference.

Thaeren: Smell like one?! Why you-

Me: Shush. Don't make the cat angry.

Tarkas: [Scrambles away from Cat quickly]

Thaeren: I don't care if I make some feline angry! He can't do anything to me. I beat my brother!

Me: Uh, I think Rynx almost did. But then he beat you both.

Thaeren: Well I beat him at the start!

Me: Whatever makes you happy.

A sudden bang! roars through the intimidate area as what appears to be a large tear appears before you. Out of which flies a familiar face. A Man in his late 30's with blood red hair (with a streak of blonde in his bangs) and dark green eyes that seem to change color in the light wearing a brown leather coat, dirty sack cloth clothing, no shoes, and a necklace with a simple wooden circle attached to it. After landing with a thud the man stands up and starts dusting himself off as a large tentacle-like spine appears from beyond the portal.

The Man: Begone Evil! (While holding up a book he pulled out of his coat) You have no power here! (The tentacle-like spine retreats back into the tear which promptly closes behind it.

The Man: Now where am I? (Looks upon the few remaining familiar faces) Yah preserve my soul. I suppose I must reintroduce myself. For I am Brother Lyr'Ous Ab'Sul, former chieftain of the Sis'Syl'V tribe and brother of the Faith.

Seymour: Welcome back, sir!

Tarkas: Hi Lyr'Ous!

Me: Welcome back!

Rynx: What was that tentacle?

Lyr'Ous: Good to see you Tarkas, Seymour. (Looks at Rynx) You don't want to know... So who are you exactly?

Rynx: Long story short: I'm a demon with a Jianuo body.

Me: He basically looks like Tynx but differently colored. And he's evil.

Thaeren: No, really? What tipped you off? [Gets hit by a dictionary]

Me: Haven't thrown one of those in ages.

Lyr'Our: Dea'Mon's and unnecessary violence! This place has changes... Hmmm... (pulls out book and points it at Rynx) Come no closer fiend!!!

Rynx: You think a book can stop me? You do not scare me.

Me: You... are asking for a world of trouble.

Thaeren: He asked for trouble in the queen's court.

Rynx: Don't bring that up!
