*types madly away at something on her computer* *looks up* What's that? Oh! You want to know what the quest is this week? I suppose I can tell you...

Brave warriors, your quest this week is to write a 500 word worldbuilding article about science in your world. This could be how a certain culture explains natural phenomena, how you scientifically explain a certain aspect of your world, even the history of science in your world! Have fun!

As always...

The Rules wrote:
1. All challenges must be declared completed by midnight Saturday in your timezone (please specify your timezone when you sign up).
2. Personal challenges must be declared by midnight Monday in your timezone.
3. Personal challenges cannot be repeated.
4. The organizer reserves the right to veto any challenges that seem too simple. (i.e. writing a sentence)

Also, I would like to remind everyone that any weekly challenge pieces that are posted on the forum will be eligible to be featured in our newsletter once it gets off its feet. Please post a link in this thread if you would like it to be considered.

If you could write your sign-up post in a similar format to the following, it would be appreciated:
Goal: weekly challenge (or whatever you decide to do)
Timezone: PDT

On your mark! Get set! Go!!! *fires pistol once*

Uh...so could I write it from a operational science perspective? Like about how/what a certain race/culture studies and what they've come up with from it?
