Well, the problem with both the horrible french accent and the smileys is that they, to me, at least, stopped being funny after about five minutes. Both (although more the smileys) makes it hard to hold an actual conversation, and the smileys made it a lot harder to figure out what exactly was meant at times, particularly when I was reading the posts made between the time I got off on March 31st and the beginning of the April 1st...happenings...

I am not much of a prank person, so I did very little. Andrew and Mark changed my name to The Graceth, and I later changed my name to Breehybrinyhinyhoohyha in keeping with the Horse and His Boy theme going on, and changed my rank to registered user and changed my avatar, just to tease a couple people in chat before going to bed.

Oh, and I suppose I must plead guilty to one little trick on a certain mysterious thread in the Arts Guild... I hope it didn't bother anyone, I couldn't help myself.

I'm with Arien on the smileys and letter changing, to be honest, though I just dealt with it by mostly staying away from HW for the day, and reminding myself that it was only for one day. *shrugs*

-I changed my name.... frequently. Started with Leilani Swiftfoot, then Mordir (Doom's shadow), then Leilani J. Swiftfoot (not enough space for Jelly ), and finally Ivy, Seventh Daughter.
-Mistook Raven for Inesdar. *Hugs Raven* But she was brilliant and saved me from being a RU forever!
-Was Yahoo[Bot] for a short time. I was gone most of the day, and then I finally managed to log on as Yahho[Bot], chat was crazy full, so I gave up being the bot and logged on as me.

Oh, and I failed to prevent my villainous assassin from signing Iri's SSA petition.

My riddle was actually a poem I wrote for Jay. It explains everything I actually know for certain about Doctor Who, and yet by the end of it, it proclaims I won't be converted. I thought some people might be able to guess who it was by a) who might have written it and b) who shared the sentiments expressed therein.

Do you guys have any idea how hard that was to pull off? I had to use two computers at once; one time using a computer and an iPod so that I could be in the chatroom with the Doctor at the same time. I almost sent myself into a panic because several times I nearly talked like me through the Doctor Who account! And then you caught me so early in the game, Amanda; I had to cover my tracks pretty quickly.

Having done that (remember the first time the Glitter Spreader showed up?) I should sympathize... but I shan't because I's pouting.

I played no pranks yesterday...on anyone, anywhere. I changed my name a couple times, but that's nothing new.

I honestly thought you were seriously being upset over the Doctor. And I couldn't believe you were taking your dislike so far as to let it upset you on April Fool's Day... of all things. I knew that someone, somewhere was going to be unhappy about something going on... and you not wanting to be in the same room with the Doctor was the last thing I expected....

I was Thread Bane which didn't work out well because for my duration there I didn't kill any threads or chats like I usually do just by thinking about posting.

After my name was changed from various peels to the White Witch (a dubious slander of character), I changed my name to No One of Consequence (although my signature should have read "get used to disappointment". Oh well,) and then I returned to my usual rank and became Bermuda Tangerine. Reiyen changed me back to my original name, after which I became Cambodian Walrus Sauce. During this time, I changed Yahoo [Bot] to R2-D2, Gooogle [Bot] to C-3PO, Artemis to Doctor I Don't Know (Who was on first, What was on second), and Azlyn to Artichoke Clark.

*Laughs* Yes, I was Artichoke Clark.

Ahem. The results of the pink are still lurking... because I have these pinkish bars down the sides of my screen once you get a little below the main bar up at the top... and I am about to twist something around so hard that it... looks like something that was twisted about as hard as Reiyen can twist things.

- Aiding and abetting the Splatitis Doctor
- Aiding and abetting the Doctor Who in last minute rank creation and ring creation
- Rearranging the forums around on HF and Sci-Fi

Google [bot] was brilliantly done. The rank, the ring, the avatar... and so was the Doctor. Both were superbly crafted.

Iri was amazing too. In fact, I think next year I'd like to hold a role playing contest to encourage that kind of detail and fore-thought.

My pranks included and were limited to the idea for the two name changes ( ) and my personal name change of Morbid Marketh.

Okay, I've frozen all profiles created on or for April 1, including TGS. If you wish to use these characters again at a future event, let me know and I will unfreeze them.

I'm not entirely sure what to do with the groups... I don't think you can freeze groups... so I'll leave them be, and hope they don't cause overmuch confusion. I think if a person isn't a member of a group the group isn't visible except to forum members... but I'm not sure about that.

If ya'll notice anything else that needs cleaning up, let me know and me or Andrew will hunt it down and look into it. A couple of people asked me about their rank color... I really don't care at what point you switch it back. It doesn't make much of a difference, so whenever the specialness wears off and you feel like being yourself, go ahead, but no rush on it. I'm not going to send the cleaning police after you for being the wrong color.

For my prank, I tampered with some stuff so that any attempt to change my name would:

(a) Fail horribly.
(b) Automatically change the changer's name to "Evil name-changer".

And then he tricked me into doing it! He asked me, in gchat, to try changing his name. I thought he needed it tested by a Council Member to make sure it would work... I didn't know it was going to change mine!

Of course, then there was some kind of permissions tangle, and I couldn't log back into the ACP, so I made him fix me, because I needed to actually do something... although, when Brendan couldn't log in because of it I found it hilarious because he was just getting his due.
