...For a quiz meet!

I'm super excited about this one. I won't be gone as much as I was for the last one, since it's close by. I'll be gone Friday afternoon and returning Sunday afternoon.

I am back now!

And very, very, tired. If this doesn't make sense, that's cause I'm about ready to fall asleep.

It was an amazing weekend, though. I met some new friends, didn't do so well in quizzing, ate some yummy food, bruised my knee, and most importantly, committed my life to God's service and grew so much closer to Him! If you haven't already guessed, it was an amazing weekend. The best quiz meet I have ever attended.


*Laughs* Don't worry, I won't. I would never skip a forum, because I have so many specials on all three.

*Laughs* Yes, I did. I was racing my friend through an inflatable obstacle course type thing, and I was running through it really fast, so I kind of feel out of it at the end and on to the gym floor and thus bruising my knee.

I'm not sure. I think it's alliance churches. Did you memorize club 145 or 300 or go to quiz meets and jump on benches to answer the questions the quiz master asked? If none of that sounds familiar, then it's probably something different.


*Giggles and hugs back* Yes, it wasn't long this time. I thought I might as well let you guys know.

Yeah, it sounds different. Although jumping up to answer the question is what I did...each person had a little widgumachillat to sit on (you had to position it carefully if you wanted a lightning-fast response), and it could tell when you stood up. Whoever stood up first got to finish the question if it wasn't finished (which it almost never was finished by the quizmaster especially in expert level), and then answer it in 30 seconds. Anyway, sounds like you had fun!

The jumping sounds the same! And yes, lightening fast response... The reason why I didn't do so well.

Yeah, I didn't do very well until I memorized most of the scripture we were quizzing on. *starts to get dizzy thinking about it* I would never have gotten into "Expert" division if I hadn't done that! Were you quizzing on some part of the Bible or something else?
