I'm wondering...did you two meet on Holy Worlds, or did y'all know each other already?

Haha. We've been asked that before.

Actually, we were already VERY good friends before HW. We met at a conference, connected on the subject of Submarines, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and Adventures in Odyssey, and it kind of exploded from there. Then we would meet up at these conferences, and we'd scare each other. We'd say the exact same thing at the exact same time, wear similar outfits, etc... We finally got each others' emails, and it took off even more. Now we've been having sleepover/kidnappings and such.

Shawn's actually the one who got me on here nearly a year ago. She kept talking about it... a LOT... and I mean, a LOT. And I could only make half-sense about what she was saying, and then I finally asked Mom if I could join. We gently waded into the world of forums, and then... well... the rest is history.

So, this is the... *counts* 3rd or 4th year we've known each other, but you'd never guess when you see us together. You'd think we've been friends for life, which it feels like it. *huggles twin*

I don't know if we got pictures of me in my Captain outfit... On Saturday we went out, and I wore my boatswain whistle and Captain hat, and no one seemed to notice.

I wonder if we got pictures of me rolling in the grass or covered in leaves and other various items from nature? I went loose in the wilderness. No crazyness was contained. Shawn can attest to that... musical sing-a-longs, Scottish dancing lessons, hide and seek, a mad hatter tea party... yup. That's me unleashed. *wishes we had film of the entire weekend*

I've never seen a real life glomp.

I've tried multiple times, but, for fear of hurting myself, and because Shawn always manages to avoid them or avoids being dragged to the ground, they all fail... One day I'll get it! Surprisingly, she's never tried to glomp me... *ponders*

My family are frequently glomped by me. They get very worried when I start getting hyper, because they know they are going to be glomped. 'Tis very amusing.
