The dancing sunbeam
Glittered through the leafy trees,
Throwing bright shadows.

Thanks, I'm looking at it. :D *looks out window*

Blue mountain rising
Majestic in the distance
Watching the valleys.

Awesome!

Set against the black,
a rose, full and wildly blue,
bursts forth from darkness.

A-ha! Inspiration!
This might be a hard one to guess:

From immense darkness,
orange bars of glory burst.
Yes! Let there be light.

Ooh I like this one, Aemi! It reminds me of the dawn/sunrise. :)

For the Read-a-thon points challenge thinger. :D

Okay, now something less sadistic...

A perfect stillness
A quiet, full, and deep peace
Silence of His love.

Both of those ring very true for me right at this moment, Azlyn. Beautifully done!

The weekly challenge includes haikus again, so here goes!

Silence descends with peace
Calming my beating, wild heart
To rise, facing dawn

Wow. This is kind of hard. Here are two haikus (who came up with that name anyway :)?):

His praise lifted high,
To the heav'nly sky above,
The great God, our King.

The ducks are waddling
To the pool to get cooled off,
Waddle in, then out.
