Ooh, please do!

Downloaded Phili's podcast. It was a lot of fun to listen to, and now I know what Phili sounds like. Actually didn't know that your main character in Red Rain was named Philadelphia.

That's why I named her Philli.

*laughs* Yes, you should have heard some of the preamble we three worked through before beginning the interview. We had to very firmly establish that I needed to be called "Aubrey" for the duration of the interview.

Jay: Right, Aubrey. Aubrey, Aubrey, Aubrey...

*laughs * Yes.

"Okay, note to self, I need to call Aubrey Aubrey, not Philli. Jay, you know you can't call her what you normally call her (long discussion on this subject)."

It ended with Jay doing exactly what Philli said. "Aubrey, Aubrey, Aubrey, Aubrey".

Jay still says: "Do I know her?" or "Who's that?" if I mentioned Leah. He usually calls you Rachel, doesn't he? *should listen to podcast...*

Well, I'm not blaming him on the Leah thing. Yes, he prefers Rachel.

I can't listen to the podcast...
*thwacks comatose computer*

*laughs * Um, I don't think so. Poor Grace gets to hear all of it though, when she edits. Although, the name conversation part came before recording, I believe.

The name conversation was on the unedited recording, but it's not THAT entertaining. Really, Grace didn't have to edit out too many mistakes. And you so don't want to hear how I botched the first question twice.

You were fine, Philli, just nervous. You did great.

Who, me? Nervous? Whatever gave you that idea?

So... Aussie has listened to the podcast and tells me I sound like her, only with an American accent. I think that means we need to get her on a podcast so we can compare.

Oh, I agree. We need a podcast with Bushy.

Unfortunately, I do not have time to listen to podcast episodes. An hour is a lot of time.

*nods* It is. I craft while listening. Do you ever have to fold laundry or clean your room? You can listen to it then.

I fold laundry upstairs, and my computer is down in my room. Folding only takes about 20 minutes though, perfect for an episode of a 50s Western.

Clean my room? I know not of what you speak.

Maybe this summer.

Yes. But that means more to listen to.

Ah, yes, well, with Jonathan it's always longer is better, if it's a friend typing/saying it.

It is worth the 2 hours, I think. E had lots of good things to say.

(being forced to listen to yourself muddle through questions for an hour while your mom listens to the podcast for the first time = pure torture)

How is that torture? You did very well!

Now you better watch it. When I come to see you I may just scold you for disparaging yourself, you know.

I'd recommend not messing with her on this subject, E, especially in regards to the podcast...

My new daily routine is listening to the HW podcast while I attempt to do something with the random mess that magically accumulated on my desk the day before. Awesome podcast. Keep it up!
