My draegyn refuses to fly off the island, no matter how much I urge. *mutters* Fearful brute. *at a normal volume* Someday I will go. Even if it is the death of me. And I shall not return.

Arilledrae: (@Tae) *eyes widen* Never flown?! *slightly flustered* I am sorry. I forgot that you would not necessarily have a dragon of your own... But to never have flown!
Me: *ponders the implications of temporarily bringing in a speechless, semi-sapient draegyn*

Me: Wait... Jay and Chayn want to duel Termy? Sure. He accepts (so long as one of you make the thread, because I'm lazy. )

Terminus: Hey!

Hi, everybody. I decided to jump in and bring along a character. Now, I have not read the previous pages, so I know little of what is going on. And, both of us don't really like crowds, so, a few at a time, please.
Okay. Here he is. He's thirteen.

*a young teenage boy steps into the thread. He has straight blond hair, light blue eyes, and a charmingly bashful smile*

Chayn: Good, I will see you there. [Touches Emuna's shoulder with her tail] I will hurt him as much as you wish. So long as I can give him a few slight scratches.

Me: You weird, weird dragon.

Chayn: Thank you.

Tae: [Smiles] Hello, Aemi's character! I'm Tae.

Me: I... might be bringing in one more dragon.

Mordir: One crazed, easily offended dragon isn't enough for you?

Chayn: [Snorts]

My character: *grins, holds out hand* Nice to meet you, Tae. I'm Davien. And...*eyes widen* is that a dragon? It's sure the biggest one I've ever seen.

Me: In--in his land, dragons are dangerous predators.

Davien: Yeah. Father and I have to work with at least twenty other men to hunt one down.

Arthos: Greetings, Davien! We also art not accustomed to friendly dragons.
Me: Talk normal, Arthos.
Arthos:*ignores me*

Davien: And greetings to you! Do you ever go on dragon hunts? I've been on three so far.

Arthos: We hath not.
Me:*kicks Arthos*

Arilledrae: (@Tae) It is like nothing else I have ever experienced. It feels so....free. You're going so fast, and the wind rushing past you is exhilarating. You're so high up that you know bad things would happen if you fall, but you don't fall. And when you stop, you can still hear the wind in your ears and all you want to do is do it again.

Jirran: (@Aelynn) Allare? But unless I am greatly mistaken, there is no place called Allare in my world. And if it is not in my world, no amount of desire or bravery will get me there. No one knows of anyway to leave my world, let alone get into another.

Arilledrae: Greetings, Davien.

Tae: [Smiles] It's nice to meet you, Davien. [Looks at dragons] Yeah, they're pretty big. But Avneet and Chayn are nice dragons. But Chayn's a little angry, right now. [To Arilledrae] That sounds beautiful. Were you nervous when you first started flying?

Chayn: [Bumps Shawn's shoulder] I will return soon, little one. [Flies off]

Me: OK, this is Mylo, everyone. He's a sort of water dragon. He lives on earth in Lake Erie. He can't talk there, but he will here.

Mylo: [Climbs out of the river, the talons on the top of his wings helps him climb onto land] This place... This doesn't look like my home...

Mordir: Oh, good, he can tell when he's lost. Thank goodness.

Me: Be nice.

Arilledrae: (@Tae) I was very nervous when I first flew by manipulating wind. There's nothing quite as scary as trusting your own abilities to keep you in the air. But flying on a dragon was nerve-wracking in its own way. By that time I was used to the other kind of flight, and it took a while for me to be comfortable with the thought that I had to rely on something else to keep me flying.

Me: Hmmm, I wonder who Davien should talk to and what they should talk about?

Davien: *smiles* Hello, Arilledrae.

Shawn: "Be careful, Chayn."

Jay: "Can I go?"

Me: "Nope."

Jay: "What if Bethany Faith asks if I can go?"

Lars:

Me: "Um... We'll see."

Jay:

Lars: * walks over to Mylo * "I'm Lars. Where are you from?"

Me:

Tae: That sounds wonderful. I can't wait to fly!

Me: Wait until you've entered the city, girl. That egg isn't going anywhere.

Tae: There's an egg?!

Mordir:

Me: [Whacks Mordir]

Mordir: What was that for?! I said nothing!

Chayn: I will, dear heart.

Mylo: [Looks at Lars] A lake in a northern region of some country. I'm afraid I don't know the specifics.

Me: He lives in Lake Erie. And it's not exactly northern.

Mylo: Yes, that's the place! But some people call it Iris Lake.

Me: [Aside] Comepletely fictional.

Mylo: Say what?

Me: Nothing.

Lars: "Ah... I've been up around there. It is beautiful."

Shawn: * smiles softly up at Chayn *

Mylo: I make the whole lake my home, but the southern portion is usually where I 'hang out'. I withdraw to the middle when the shores become busy with people. Save for when I met Mark.

Me: Mark hasn't even left the high-school, silly.

Mylo: I can think ahead.

Mordir: Foreboding on what story? [Is whacked] Hey!

Seymour: WHen you learn to still your tongue at the right time, you won't get hit.

Mylo: Hm... Peaceful. Depending on the season. If there are boats, then it becomes quite noisy. But under the surface, it is very quiet.

Tae: You made your favorite character sad?

Me: Yes I did. If it makes you feel better, I got a little emotional too.

Me: "No, Aris' above conversation does not change your storyline. Period." * sees Mordir's earlier question * "Jay's story and what all happens."

Mordir: For your information, sir, I was not saying anything against your new friend. I was going to comment on the remark Jay's author made about Jay's storyline, or whatever that was.

Me: You just about had another dragon-person relationship come crashing down on you, teeth and all.

Mordir: No joke. [Looks at Jay] Yes, me too. I think it comes with the villain status.

Seymour:

Aelynn: Oh, I'm sure she'll be just fine. It sounds as if she's rather enjoying herself.

Me: They seem evenly matched.

Mordir: Which is surprising considering you've never really had to describe a dragon battling before.

Me: You doubt my abilities?

Mordir: Yes.

Me: At least you're being honest.

Seymour: Welcome, Seabird and Demiri. No one bites.

Tae: Hi! [Turns to Arilledrae] They can be heavy, espeically male dragons' eggs. They're usually a grayish color, but they have light tints of one other color, depending on what they breathe. But only dragons can tell what those colors are. To people they look like big rocks.

Demiri: Tae, I've seen a dragon egg before and its usuallly not boulder-looking...

Me: I think he means a different kind of dragon my dear.

Demiri: You could've fooled me...

Me: *puts elbow on Demiri's shoulder* Not to worry my good valloian, soon you will grow from a fool to a wise fool!

Demiri: What does that mean?

Me: I have no idea but it sounded awesome and mystic.

Demiri: Even when we are completely alike in personality you confuse me...

Me: Well, you are a tad different than I am.

Demiri: *says in a challenging tone* Yea? In what ways?

Me: *looks up smugly* For one, I'm braver.

Tae: I meant what do dragon eggs look like in your world? I'm a girl, by the by.

Arilledrae: (@Tae) Interesting! Do your people raise the dragon from the time it hatches? (@Seymour) How can you be bored in here? (@Davien) I am in my eighteenth year.

Tae: Sometimes. But usually if a dragon egg is found, it should be taken to the Dragon Keepers. There it can be raised by dragons until it is old enough to have a Keeper of its own. But I think there are people who raise dragons just for the fun of it, and let them go when they get too big.

Seymour: [To Arilledrae] I really don't know.

Mordir: [Glares back at Jay]

Me: Nice comeback.

Mordir: I didn't start it.

Me: I have a feeling you did.

Mordir: Provie it.

Seymour: [Whacks Mordir] I'm not bored now.

Mylo: [Nudges Lars] Tell me about yourself. Are you from earth too?

Arilledrae: You mean the Keepers' dragons raise the baby dragon? What happens to the ones that are let go when they're too big?

Davien: Where do you live, Arilledrae? I live in the mountains with my family.

Tae: Most of the time, yes. The ones that get too big I think usually go and join the dragons who live at a hollowed out canyon valley... thing. That's where the dragons who don't have Keepers go.

Jay: "He started it."

Me: "Oh, that's a first for you. A fight you didn't start! Awww..."

Lars: "Yes, yes, I'm from earth. I live around the Chicago area."
