Fallen: I certainly hope the rebellion is starting. It's high time I had something to do.

Ark: *sighs and drops his head in his hands*

Me: What?! Something happening! Oo...this exciting because I'm watching a movie with the perfect background music for that...haha...sorry, Ehem. Crazy fantasy writer symptom.

Emuna: What's going to happen? *watches villains wide-eyed*

Brian: I don't know...but maybe you should get behind me...

Gavin: What about me?!

Brian: *glares at Gavin* You fight.

Devon: I think we are starting......After you, Fallen.

Me: A gentlemanly Devon?

Fallen: *stretches* Is there a particular target, or do we choose anyone we wish?

Ark: *quietly* Dai, stay with me. And stay out of Fallen's way.

Dai: *walks over to Ark*

Me: (@Raven) Gentlemanly or just hoping someone else will take the first hits?

Devon: Either works. Whatever you decide. If the former, I believe Pirzak has made Jay the target.

Me: (@Leandra) I'm not sure.

Fallen: May as well stay with the others for now. *heads toward Jay*

Devon: *follows*

Kai: Hey, you read them this time!

Me: More or less.

Kai: Better than skipping them altogether.

Me: Whatever. Now, go do something!

Kai: Like what?

Me: I dunno... I'm tired of you killing everyone..

Roel: *wanders in, bored*

Me: Roel! you're supposed to be in your bubble map!

Roel: Yeah, well, the bubbles were fun at first, but I got tired of falling through them. Now I'm here again.

Me: *sigh*

Klasina: Whoa.... *stares wide-eyed at Ember* You grew FAST. You're still cute, though. Can I ride you?

Me: Klasi, you're 17, you shouldn't be near this hyper.....

Klasina: Then make me 10.

Me: But that doesn't make sense!

Klasina: *wanders over to Ember*

Me: *sigh*

Malcolm: *stretches out his neck to observe Ember from all angles* How large is a "full grown" dragon for you?

Me: A wyvern's head stands at least 15 feet off the ground if that helps.

Griffin: (jumps off of Beduun) I'm not gonna win the duel this way. (resumes the same position he started with, now taking the defensive. He watches Beduun carefully to keep him from getting in too close)

Me: All that work and you totally counter it with two short sentences!

Griffin is Bëduuin, not on him, so he can't jump off.

Sylvia - I'm not sure how tall a "full grown" dragon is supposed to be, but Ember is about seven feet tall at the shoulders, and twelve at the chin. His wings are a different matter altogether. He's still cute, though.

Ember - (Lowers his head self conciously) Dragons aren't cute.

Silver - HA!

Sylvia - Sure, Klasi! (Swings up onto Ember) For the record, I'm eighteen, and I'm just as hyper sometimes. Coming?

Ember - (Flicks his ear backwards) Where to?

Sylvia - Away from the villains!

Silver - (Luxuriously stretches out on the ground, sniffing Roel casually) Hello.

Ryan - Wow, I feel like I missed a lot.

Zanya - (From her perch on Rowen) You guys have no idea. By the way, Rowen, how tall are you?

Niarah - (Curls up next to Thysal) Wake up soon. Ashrai, how long will this last?

Ashrai - It depends . . . I'm not used to poisons in these situations. I'd say three or four of Ciela's posts. Hurry up, Pirzak!

Niarah - You're not a villain!

Ashrai - I'm not a hero either.

Klasina: *squeals happily* Of course! *jumps up behind Sylvia* Does Kai count as one of those villians you want away from?

Kai: Don't bother, Klasi. I'm not riding on that thing.

Klasina: Please?

Kai: I've had my fill of dragon rides at the moment, unless they're on dragons I can trust.

Cat-Dragon: *nudges Kai with his nose*

Kai: Aye, you Cat-Dragon. *scratches Cat-Dragon behind his ears*

Klasina: Oh, and I'm sorry, Ember. I just... like dragons. And things I like are cute!

Me: Klasi, dragons don't even exist in your world.

Klasina: *sigh* I know...

Roel: *plays with katana, bored*

Mordir: Alright! Let's get started!

Chayn: [Loops up and over, ignoring the villainy down below]

Aris: Just hold still while I get it cleaned up, at least. You don't want to go off fighting with an infected leg that might get amputated later. [Washes Brian's wound] There you go, sir. Venture forth and bravely conquer the villains!

Mordir: [Pauses] I'm not sure I understood that.

Me: She wasn't talkin' to you. I'll repost Meriak and Rune's stuff.

Rune: [Winces and staggers back] Clever. [Thrusts at Tanner's side, then flicks his sword down to cut Tanner's leg]

Meriak: [Tucks in her legs and spins, slamming her wing into Kaida]

Aris: [Moves on to Devon and splints it as gently as she can] You should be good to go.

Seymour: Brianna should be in here. [Looks at Gavin, smiling] I apologize, young master.

Me: Brilliant. BRIANNA!!!!

Mordir: Ow! Why must you yell?!

Brianna: What in all Allare is this place?! Goodness, who let the villains run rampant, I don't remember Aris ever having-

Me: Only four are mine. The others characters belong to other authors. I brought in because you're a healer. Oh, and Orrun's leaving, and I'm bringing Jek back in.

Tesmir: What? Without his twin? You can't separate twins, y'know.

Me: For now.

Jek; I'm... back?

Mordir: No! Not fair!

Seymour: You whine too much, you know that?

Me: Get used to it, he'll be doing a lot of it.

Zurik: Gah! I'm free! WHere is that rogue?! I'll-

Mordir: Not now, Zurik. Besides, you won't beat him.

Rowen: Imagine Saphira's height. Except perhaps a foot shorter, head to the ground. I'm not quite full grown.

Me: [Looks at David] Hi!

Tynx: [Collides into Silver] Oops, sorry!

David: *bows* You must be Lady Aris Lillylight, I've heard...well, little actually. My author does not confabulate with me often.

Me: Oh, great! Now even my characters are using words I don't know! *grabs dictionary* I just had to bring in the one smart character I have... *grumbles to self*

David: It is not a very complex word. I would think you being a-

Me: Shhhh! *sifts through dictionary* Ahhh....that word...okay...carry on.

David:...Very well. Evidently, Miss Lillylight, I am to "cheer you up". How may I be of service?

Brian: Thank you, Aris...hopefully I won't have to go about fighting any villains... *watches villains intently*

Devon: *sighs* Since no one else has done anything...*jumps on Jay from behind, making him fall*

Kaida: *rolls into the hit and catches her dagger on Meriak's wing*

Tanner: Hey! I'm on a walking quest, I'm gonna need that later! *takes the opportunity to slash Rune's shoulder*

Melany: You all best hope there are enough plants here to treat all these duels.

Me: Um, I don't know. I'm doing OK right now. My mom and I buried her yesterday, so now I'm just hoping the dogs don't find a way around the stones we put on top and dig her up. O.o [Smiles] But I appreciate your offer. Thank you.

Aris: [Smiles] Not a problem.

Meriak: [Screeches in pain, but her expression shows more anger than pain. Yanks her wing away and and lunges forward grabbing at Kaida's neck]

Rune: [Leans back, side steps to avoid Tesmir's thrust, and steps forward, thrusting at Tanner's side]

Tesmir: [Over-thrusted and almost hit Tanner. Turns and slashes at Rune]

Rune: [Swings his sword around and deflects Tesmir's blade]

Jek: Why.... why are my brothers fighting each other?

Seymour: It's a friendly duel. Lots of characters have been having them... some more friendly than others... [Looks up at Chayn and Shawn]

Mordir: Friendly? That, my friend, was anything BUT friendly. She nearly killed everyone!

Seymour: You took her rider. You don't take a dragon's keeper unless you have a death wish.

Mordir: Well, I don't. How was I supposed to know?!

Seymour: Boy, those two have a bond even I don't quite understand. It's like kidnapping a mother's child.

Mordir: Alright, alright, I get it. I don't need to be lectured by you.

Seymour: [Eyes darken]

Me: Don't make him mad.

Mordir: I don't care.

Me: You should.

Jek: What are the villains doing?

Seymour: Rebelling.

Jek: Oh? What brought that on?

Seymour: Something about a pit of mockery. I didn't listen. [Ignores Mordir's angry exclamations]

Mordir: This isn't good. Now they have a seventh son with them. Dragons were bad enough.

Me: You brought this on yourself.

Mordir: I don't care. I'm not backing down.

Gavin: *wonders what happens when Seymour gets mad*

Emuna: Really, Gavin?!

Gavin: What?! You have to admit...it's interesting.

Emuna: Not really, I would avoid getting the one guy that doesn't loathe you angry.

Brian: I would have to agree with that statement...

Gavin: Oh, whatever! It's not like I even know how to get him mad...

Emuna: Oh...you have your ways.

Kaida: *bites as hard as she can onto Meriak's finger (toe?) then slashes at Meriak's arm while Meriak's finger is being held*

Me: Well, there go her style points...

Tanner: Woah buddy! Who's side are you on? *bends to avoid Rune's blade then takes advantage of Rune's blocking of Tesmir and brings his blade to Rune's throat*

Me: I think Fallen should ride Merashath. What an invincible pair!

Merashath: No way.

Me: Why not?

Merashath: I work alone.

Me: Things are different here. And in the book you have armies and such.

Merashath: Touche.

Elanhil: *scratches head, wondering where the duel is.*

Me: I need a refresher. The charies in here are Merashath, Elanhil, Trina, Cuoash, and Rinifer, with Elanhil leaving soon. Trina, you and Cuoash need to do something together.

Trina: Why?

Me: Because you work together in the book.

Rinifer: *stands looking through narrow eyes at the villains.*

Cuoash: *sees Tynx* Hey! It's a cute little fox! Trina, look!

Trina: You are so amused with everything.

Silver - @Tynx: No problem. What on earth are you doing?

Ryan - (Reaches over to rub Tynx) I'm thinking we heros should gather together against the villains. Who's up for that?

Sylvia - Well . . . I have nothing against Kai. I'm sure Ember doesn't either. I've just seen him kill too many people to be comfortable.

Ember - (Chuckles) All aboard, Klasi, let's go! (Soars after Shawn and Chayn)

Niarah - (Growls under her breath, and watches Kai)

Ashrai - (Boredly toys with a pouch of poisoned powder, sliding his blade through it)

Traxus - You scare me.

Ashrai - I know.

Me - Wow, my characters are sounding either wooden, reclusive, or taciturn.

Klasina: Woo hoo!!!!!!!! Flying is so awesome!!!!!

Kai: *sigh* You should just make her younger, Manda.

Me: Meh. I'll think about it.

Kai: *stares down Niarah*

Roel: *is bored*

Me: Weren't you bored in the last post too?

Roel: Yes.

But Griffin was on top, then you said Beduun got inside his arms?

Tynx: [Smiles at the attention] I'm just running around. Being bored.

Me: You? Bored? with so much excitement going on?

Tynx: I know, shocking, isn't it? I like the idea of teaming up against the villains. We have five dragons on our side!

Mordir: [Glaring at me]

Me: You brought this on yourself.

Meriak: [Swings her free fist around and punches Kaida's face, then bites her shoulder, ignoring her slashed arm]

Rune: [Jumps back, then cut vertically at Tanner's head]

Tesmir: Sorry! [Thrusts, better this time, at Rune's side]

Rune: [Swings his leg and knocks the sword away with his boot]

Beron: [Barking madly]

Jek: I'm... I'm confused...

Me: [To Elanhil] Um, I'm not sure where we are. Tounon had some sort of three-strike attack at.... oh, at his legs, middle, then a thrust, I think. Something like that. I can't look it up very easily right now, but that was gist of it, I believe.

Chayn: [Roars a greeting to Ember, flying jus a few feet above them, then looping upside down and spinning to right herself]

Me: [To Gavin] It's hard to make Seymour really mad. If he gets mad, he's probably just yell at you. But if he's absolutely furious, he'd probably attack.

Seymour: But I try not to get that angry. It never ends well for either party. [Taps Gavin's head with the flat of his blade] I don't think you would wish to see me angry, young master.

Me: Unless someone attacks his people, then you would have one very angry Luvarian.

Seymour: I'd like to see anyone try to attack my people, indeed! The mere thought makes me irritated.

Jek: Well, no one's going to. So we don't need to get angry now, do we?

Tesmir: Always the peacemaker.

Jek: Someone has to. Between you and Tilmere, not having one would result in death or near-fatal wounds.

Tesmir: We're not that bad!

Tynx: [Looks at David] So, are you in the same world as Gavin and the rest?

Gavin: *glares at Seymour* Do not tap my head.

Me: Gavin is a tad bit easier to get mad than that...he's rather easy to upset actually...not a good thing...

Gavin: Out of curiosity are any of hi-

Me: *whacks Gavin with book* YOU ARE NOT GETTING HIM MAD!

Gavin: Ow! Why not?!

Me: For one...it's totally out of character if we are going by how you are acting at the end of the book and for two...yah...that's about it.

Gavin: Fine.

Ember - I'm so loving this! This is almost as fun as surfing the night skies over New York!

Sylvia - (Holding on tight) Yeah, that was interesting, until the Air Force had a conniption fit . . .

Sabre - (Watching from the ground) I remember that.

Me - Pirzak just has several more posts, Jay. Don't worry.

Ashrai - I'd worry. (Looks unconcerned)

Traxus - Sure. Well, we have a bunch of airborne dragons, one water dragon, and we have a foot force. (Hefts his battleaxe impatiently)

Niarah - (Prowls by Jay) I'm here, if you need help.

Me - I might have to pull you back if Authoress Shawn is developing.

Niarah - . . . .

Ashrai - I think I'm staying out of this.

Gavin: Perhaps we should help Jay...

Me: You know that gets confusing...

Gavin: What does?

Me: Jay, Sir Emeth is Jay. Jay is a character. never mind.

Brian: I think we should stay here and only help him if necessary.

Emuna: But wouldn't you want it not to be necessary?

Brian: Yes...

Kaida: *recovers, clenches her teeth in pain and anger and thrusts at Meriak's gut*

Tanner: *brings his sword around for a swift but poor block, still manages to get a slight cut on his temple*

Elanhil: Ok. *flicks his blade around and neatly parries the two slashes, but when the thrust comes he must spin away*

Me: That's all for tonight, folks!

Fallen: An interesting proposition.

Ark: *mumbles* You could still fall off and break half your bones...

Fallen: Pfft. I can handle myself better than you can.

Alexis: *draws rapier* I've got your back, Jay! *stands behind Jay*

Emuna: Brian...you should help Alexis.

Brian: I should stay with you.

Emuna: *glares at Brian*

Brian: *sigh* Fine...Gavin! You better watch her.

Gavin: What? You think I'd just let her die?

Brian: *glares*

Gavin: Fine, fine, fine. I'll watch her. *mumbles* Not like she can't take her of herself...

Brian: I'm going to ignore that. *walks over to Alexis and Jay* *draws sword*

Me: I think he already had his sword out, though...hmm...

No, Bëduuín was on top, from the throw, when he mounted. He swam inside his arms to keep Griffin from throwing him off.

He is in the mount, like in this video (though it isn't demonstrating the actual positional control parts of it, just a finishing move from that position):

Merashath: So what is the status of the rebellion right now?

*chuckles * I was waiting for you to post one of those in here, Jay.

* laughs * I figured you were.

Mordir: [Glances around] Alright. We'll aim for taking down the ones who're most likely to be the ones who might rally keep them all under control, like Jay or Ashrai or Seymour. Ignore the dragons for now. Only attack them if they attack first, but only do it in defense. If they don't want to get involved now, that's fine. We'll take them out later. But if they just get too overwhelming, we'll have the flying villains keep them busy, and anyone who can reach up to them. If Pirzak seems to be having problems with Jay, anyone who isn't tied up in a battle should try to lend a hand. [To Mereshath] We're about to atack again, this time we're a bit more organized.

Me: Anything else?

Jek: I don't like this...

Mordir: Tough luck. [Looks at the other villains] Oh, and keep an eye out for those geckos. I'm not sure what they all can do, just be wary. And if anyone can take down Jek, that will help us a lot. I wouldn't adivse going after Beduuin or Hetsila. We'll figure out what to do about them later. Now, let's go!

Me: Good luck.

Jek: Why are you wishing them good luck?! And when did I get a target on my back?! I just came in here only a little while ago! [Looks a little panicked]

Rune: [Pushes Tanner's blade downward, then swing his fist forward.]

Tesmir: [Slams his sword down at Rune]

Rune: [Abandones the plans to punch Tanner and has to quickly block Tesmir's attack] You two are tough.

Beron: [Still barking madly]

Tynx: Will you knock it off?! I can barely hear myself think!

Beron: [Stops and looks at Tynx]

Tynx: Uh-oh...

Beron: [Starts chasing Tynx around the room, barking wildly]

Meriak: [Tightens hold, jerking her head back]

Tounon: [Follows right behind with another slash at Elanhil's back as he twists away, then another thrust to his middle]

Chayn: [Does a tight corkscrew all the way around Ember] What's New York?

Seymour: [Looks at Gavin] I apologize.

Me: You're apologizing a lot lately.

Seymour: I do seem to. [To Gavin] What were you about to ask?

Suragore: [Lunges at Zanya again]

Rowen: [Rears up, clawing at the creature's face] He just doesn't give up, does he?

Zurik: [Peers around, then heads for Cassie]

Me: [Smacks him] Uh-uh. You go try to kill somebody else. She's off-limit to everyone.

Zurik: But-

Me: No buts, sir! Scoot!

Gavin: (@Seymour) I was going to ask-

Me: *whacks Gavin with book*

Gavin: Ow! He asked!

Me: Fine...go ahead.

Gavin: Like I was say-

Me: *whacks Gavin with book*

Gavin: Ow!! Will you cut it out?

Me: Fine....carry on.

Gavin: As I was saying... *winces and looks up at me* *pauses for a few seconds* *lets out breath* Are any of your people here?

Me: *whacks Gavin with book*

Gavin: Ow! *rubs head* *scowls*

Me: *whistles innocently*

Kaida: *steps toward Meriak and stabs with more force*

Tanner: *drops sword and opts for hand-to-hand, kicks Rune in the hip*

Meriak: [Spins, stretching her wings out, ignoring the few feathers that get cut off]

Rune: [Staggers back, but recovers quickly at slashes at Tanner, then twists and cuts at Tesmir]

Tesmir: [Jumps back, skirts around Rune and Tanner, looking for an opening] Careful, Tanner. He may not be great with swords, but fist-to-fist, he can be brutal.

Seymour: [Laughs] Aye. A woman who has been with me since I was a child. She's one of the people who keeps me in check when I get reckless.

Me: And I currently forget what I named her. Hang on... Her name is Corelle.

Corelle: What?

Me: [Shakes head]

Seymour: Nothing, she was recalling your name.

Corelle: Oh. Well it's nice to see I'm remembered.

Sophie: I've been forgotten completely.

Me: You're all out against me, aren't you?

Seymour: No, you just put yourself into positions where it is easy for them to antagonize.

Mordir: Exactly!

Tounon: And some take more advantage of that than others.

Me: Wait...what?! Brian got attacked?....okay. *pauses multi-tasking* Let's see here...

Gavin: (@Seymour) Oh, great! Than I can attack-

Me: *whacks Gavin with book*

Gavin: WILL YOU CUT IT OUT?!

Me: NO! *whacks you again*

Gavin: Ow! *sigh*

Brian: *grimaces and grabs Raczr's arm, twisting it behind Raczr's back*

Me: Just for matter of fighting...he is shaped like a human, no?

Emuna: *watches Brian and Raczr fight...clenching fists*

Me: You know, this is epic character development for book two.

Elanhil: *barely blocks the sword slash, and jumps away again out of the thrust. He leaps backward and gets his guard up.*

Me: You've almost got him. Lean your attacks towards one side and then suddenly slip in one on the other side when he shifts his guard.

Trina: *fists clench as the rebellion starts.* *draws sword.*

Cuoash: *lays her hand on Trina's wrist and twists it so the sword falls*

Trina: Ow! What are you doing?!?! I knew you would betray us!

Cuoash: We have no business fighting unless we are attacked and the battle comes to us...

Trina: *Slaps Cuoash across the cheek*

Cuoash: *Her eyes water and she deals a punch to Trina*

Me: Epic idea for the novel...

Rinifer: *Thrusts at Raczr* Stop it!

Merashath: *flies to Fallen* Are you with me or not? Our aim is Seymour.

Me: This'll be fun! All my characters are involved in something...

Me: Feathers? Huh, I was thinking scales...

Kaida: *starts slashing at important flight feathers*

Me: I don't see how tha-

Kaida: You wanna do this??

Me: Well, now that yo-

Kaida: URRGAAAH!!! *uppercuts as far into Meriak's wing as possible*

Tanner: Funny, so am I. Weapons make it so much harder for me to block. I'm better balanced freehand as well.

Me: Now he's forgetting his training too.

Aren: *sighs* It would seem so...

Rinifer: *ducks as soon as Raczr flies over him, but his shoulder is hit full force. He loses his grip on the sword and stumbles forward, but spins around and faces Raczr, rubbing his shoulder.*

Trina: Stop it! They need us!

Cuoash: *Sits down and cradles her head in her hands*

Trina: *Chases after Pirzak*

Merashath: I can't stand here and watch... *takes off, and flies high into the sky, and then spins downward and descends upon Seymour with a burst of flames*
