Emuna: *throws orb at Terminus, a small trail of light following behind the object*

Me: I'm going go avoid hitting your characters with any orbs of light, so you don't have be sitting there guessing what they do...because I'm not entirely sure yet either.

Terminus: *disappears when orb hits him*

Emuna: *puts hands down* Did that work?

Terminus: *reappears in front of Emuna: Oh! I didn't know you were here. *rubs hands together eagerly* This does make things interesting.

Emuna: *stares up with big eyes and shrinks back*

Kai: Is Devon dead yet?

Me: Not sure.

Kai: *kills Devon* Now, to deal with this Terminus fellow...

Me: O.o

Kai: You've been doing that a lot lately.

Me: With good reason!

Terminus: *ignores Jay* How long have you been hiding in the shadows, Emuna?

Emuna: *stares, quivering*

Terminus: *slaps Emuna* Have you lost your voice?!

Me: Haha...I'm terrible at making my villains less violent for the general public...I mean you put these two together it's like atomic bomb. really quite frightful...

Emuna: *doubles back and bumps into Brian*

Brian: Are you alright?

Emuna: *nods*

dMe - Wow! Epic, guys.

Niarah - (Prowls over to the duel) Stay out of it, Kai, let the kid fight. I'm sure the "Terminator-whatever-his-name-is doesn't need anyone to fight for him.

Sabre - Emuna, are you alright? Do you need help?

Zanya - (Nonchalantly strolls over, keeping an eye on things)

Sylvia - Ember is about the size of a cat right now. Sure, go ahead and pick him up. Not sure how he'd feel about being dressed like a baby . . .

Devon: *painfully scrambles up* *runs and grabs Skylar's switchblade that is still lying there from when Jay made him drop it* *uses the distraction to his advantage* *runs up behind Terminus* *stabs him in the back*

Me: Sorry about the sudden appearance of the switchblade. But I had to do something to help Emuna!

Me: Didn't think about that...so what happens if a character dies in character intros? *shrugs* I'll just play it by ear.

Terminus: *disappears when Devon stabs him, leaving Devon holding bloody switchblade*

Me: Yah...that works.

Emuna: *blinks* *scowls at Devon* Devon! What are you doing?! *grabs switchblade from him* You killed him!

Me: Only in character intros.

Emuna: *realizes she got some blood on her hand jumps back and drops switchblade* Ah! You need to wash that thing...

Brian: *catches switchblade* I'd say we need to hide it from him first.

Vanessa: That got violent quickly...what happened to the forcefield thing?

Me: He was being dumbly distracted and didn't have one on.

Vanessa: Ah...

Mikhail: That was cool...

He resurrects, that's all.

Unless the author gets tired of him and decides to let him stay dead in this thread.

Me: I'm sorry! I didn't mean for him to die!

Devon: (@Brian and Emuna) *sulkily* I'd think you'd be grateful. *looks sadly at the bloody switchblade* *mournfully* We could have been friends.
Me: Out of character, Devon!
Devon: *stares at me*
Me: Never mind. I need to find a way to make readers sympathize with you, anyway. Carry on.

Davien: I left Mahlia in a safe place. I think it's not very safe around here.
Devon, perhaps I misjudged you. My only regret about Terminus's death is that I was not here in time to do it myself.

Meriak: [Flaps upward and somersaults over, spinning around as he lands. Her stomach bleeding a little. Hisses and approaches slowly, staring into Kaida's eyes, unblinking]

Tynx: My world? I live on earth. But I used to live in an air ship up in outer space. WIth a race of people called Schinaam. But in the story they didn't have a name. Your world sounds pretty.

Rune: [Cuts at Tanner's chest, then slashes at Tesmir]

Tesmir: [Jumps back, but then lunges forward]

Rune: You, sir, are annoying. [Blocks Tesmir's attack]

Aris: You boys just can't resist getting into trouble, can you? [Walks over to Devon] Where are you hurt?

Me: She needs a duel.

Mordir: She's a girl.

Me: I know. But she still needs a duel. May I remind you she beat you?

Mordir: [Grumbles] So what?

Chayn: [Lands gently] That's much better. [Nudges Jay's shoulder] Careful, little one.

Me: I drew Seymour's staff! Took me forever to figure out what was wrong with the blade, but I fixed it!

Seymour: It doesn't look-

Me: It's the general shape. Be happy I drew it.

Seymour: I never said I wasn't happy.

Suragore: [Roars and darts after Zanya]

Mordir: Idiot! Get back here! Going after that girl is what almost got you killed in the first place!

Suragore: [Ignores him and lunges for Zanya, open-mouthed]

Rowen: [Roars and jumps in front of the Suragore, slamming his tail into his head] You touch her, I'll kill you.

Me: [Rubbing forehead] My characters all just need to sit down and chill out!

Seymour: Good luck with that.

Tynx: We could have nap time!

Mordir: [Snorts in a failed attempt to conceal laughter]

Davien: *goes over to Emuna* Are you hurt, my lady?

Emuna: *jumps, but calms down once she sees it's Davien* *nods* I-I'm fine...

Brian: You don't look fine...maybe you should sit down?

Emuna: I'm fine, Brian.

Brian: *sigh* Alright...

Me: (@Lady Aris Lillylight) Oo! Cool! You should post the drawing of Seymour's staff Im the arts guild! (I've been curious about what it looks like)

Vanessa: This whole thread is very...erm...

Davien: Miss Emuna, your pride is not more important than your health. The mark on your cheek is not the only wound Terminus gave you.

Me: (@Aemi)I would mention exactly why Terminus has an effect on her, but I don't want to spoil the book for Raven who is currently proof-reading it for me...

Ark: (@Tynx) My world is indeed a lovely one...

Me: Okay, bringing in a villain. *waves hand and character appears* This is...well, for now I'm calling her the Fallen (shortened to just Fallen like I did for Ark). I'm not sure that'll stay her name, but it works for now.

Fallen is tall, pale-skinned, and has shoulder-length white hair with pale gold highlights. Her eyes kind of glow black, so you can't really see them; there's just this black empty hole where her eyes should be.

Fallen: *looks around and then frowns at Ark and Dai* What are they doing here?

Me: They were here first, and you probably wouldn't be here at all if it weren't for them, so don't complain. Just stay away from them if it bothers you that much.

Fallen: Hmph.

Devon:
Me: Beth, I think you've done it again. What is it about your characters that gets mine developed?

Devon: (@Aris) My arm is broken from this fight, and my ribs from another, but my ribs are healing. (@Davien) *looks up at him with a sad look* (@Fallen) *sees her* *brightens a tiny bit, but not much*

Alexis: *waves* Hi, Fallen!
Me: Lexi....
Alexis: What? Just because she's a villain doesn't mean I can't welcome her.

Mordir: Yeah, you thought that about the map-

Me: [Smacks his shoulder] Wasn't asking you.

Mordir: [Flinches back] That was my hurt shoulder, madam!

Seymour: You two really need to stop arguing.

Me: He's being difficult.

Mordir: You made me.

Seymour: Both of you knock it off!!!

Aris: [Scoots around to get closer to his arm] Shouldn't be too hard to fix that.

Me: Good luck. I don't know how to fix a broken arm.

Mordir: You seem to have no problem in your stories.

Me: Those are dislocated arms.... which I call broken...

Aris: You two fight like children. [Gently tries to... do whatever should be done with a broken arm]

Tesmir: Good description. [Dodges a flying dictionary]

Mordir: Can Fallen join the rebellion?

Me: Why don't you just go ahead and start it up again? The otehrs seem to.

Mordir: We need a better plan of action than just going out and picking fights with people. These two [Points accusingly at Suragore and Meriak] aren't helping the situation.

Orrun: They're naturally violent.

Me: OK, here's Sey's staff.

Seymour: My name can't be shortened, so please don't try.

Me: My characters are...umm...I give up. Maybe it's just because I know my character's so well (at least Brian, Gavin, and Emuna) that I can out them in almost any scenario and know what they would say.

Emuna: *looks at other villain* Just what we need...

Brian: Hehe...at least it's not one of our villains. Bethy makes the worse antagonists.

Emuna: You don't have to tell me that.

Me: Hey! I like my villains.

Mikhail: Perhaps you're not supposed to like villains?...

Me: Oo! Cool staff!!! *claps hands*

Gavin: Yah...you mean the staff he attacked me with.

Me: I think you attacked him and WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!

Gavin: *shrugs* I got bored...you never think about personal stuff. Your mind is boooooooooring.

Me: *whacks you with book* Oh, just be quiet and don't start and trouble!

Gavin: No promises.

Raven: (@Brian) Well, I think Gisbourne was a pretty awful antagonist. And my author liked him!
Me: Hey! Get out of here! You had your turn. *chases her out* *notices everyone else watching* *coughs* Um...ANYways.

Emuna: I think our author has too much fun with her villains...

Emuna: *mumbles* Gavin would know.

Gavin: *glares at her*

Me: *whacks Gavin with book* Hey! Remember the attitude check?!

Devon: *looks down (up? I'm assuming Gavin's shorter) at Gavin* Because I killed Terminus, and we could have been friends.

Davien (@Devon): No friend of that scoundrel is any friend of mine. Stay away from me. Or you'll get what the tree got.

Devon: *wonders how Davien got from thinking he'd misjudged him to telling him to stay away* *decides he doesn't care*

Me - (Pokes Bethany, Raven, and Leandra) Slow down! I can't keep up with this thing!

Sylvia - And whose fault is that?

Me - (Holds up a dictionary)

Sylvia - Point taken. *sigh*

Zanya - (spots the Suragore) Oh for crying out loud! (Slaps the Suragore with a clawed hand/paw, then springs onto Rowen's back) What is with that thing?

Ashrai - You attract reptilian creatures?

Zanya - You aren't even in my story, so hush. (Is ready to defend Rowen's back from any attack)

Ashrai - (Picks a comfortable spot to watch Kaida and Meriak) Hmm. Author Aris, I would give Meriak more abilities. She's not doing so well on fear generation here.

Me - I have to work on him, he's become sarcastic and snarky.

Traxus - (Snickers)

Ashrai - Really mature, Tiger.

Traxus - I'm not getting developed, Ananthi.

Ashrai - Ouch.

Niarah - (Toys restlessly with her staff, waiting for something to happen)

Davien (@Devon): Considering you killed the villain who hurt Miss Emuna, I briefly second guessed my opinion of you. But then I learned that you regretted your action and actually wished to be friends with him. So...you are no friend of mine.
(@Terminus) Terminus, wherever you are, if I see your face again, my face will be the last thing you see.

Kaida: *stands still staring back into Meriak's eyes, squints searchingly into them, smirks, twirls her sword around twice and slashes at Meriak's neck*

Tanner: *leans into a back flip to avoid Rune's blade, recovers and jabs his sword at Rune's armpit* Ow, I haven't done a back flip in a while...

Stellwento: What about attractive reptiles?

Fallen: *looks at Alexis and blinks a few times* Is this...normal?

Dai: (@Devon) Given the way Terminus was treating you and everyone else, I don't think he would have been a very good friend.

Me: Yup! I think Gavin is about 5'10". 5'6" at least.

Gavin: Fine. Try to make friends with Terminus. Just don't come running back to me when you're walking around headless.

Me: Well...this will be an experience...*sprinkles black glitter in the air*

*Terminus appears again*

Terminus: *coughs* What is with the glitter?

Me: It's fun!

Terminus: Stop smiling. It's sickening.

Me: *frowns* I resurrect the guy and suddenly he thinks he's all high and mighty...

Terminus: *walks over to Devon* No villain shows weakness! Especially remorse! What are you?! A turtle dove that flees away from the small chihuahua?

Me: HAHA! Chihuahua!

Terminus: *sends glare at me*

Me: *stifles laugh* Sorry, good one.

Devon: *draws shoulders back* I'm not sorry, then! I was glad I killed you. But I did want to be friends. We would be strong together.

Davien: *marches over to Terminus* I have a score to settle with you, sir.

Me: *trembling* This is my first duel...

Kai: I keep killing Devon!!!! Why won't he die??? *chops Devon into ten pieces*

Me: Please, Kai... a little less gruesome?

Kai: Fine. *annihilates Devon in a gruesome manner which he isn't describing to avoid my wrath*

Me: Nevermind.

Kai: Hee hee. @Niarah - I wasn't helping him fight, I was going to fight him! but now I see that problem has been taken care of...

Roel: *is bored*

Klasi: *is not bored, but wants a real pet*

Me: *ignores bored and pet-wanting characters*

Terminus: FRIENDS?! FRIENDS?!....villains do not have friends! We have assets. People we use! Isn't that right, little one. *looks at Gavin*

Gavin: Yah, sure, whatever. *sticks tongue out at Terminus*

Me: Oh, really mature, Gavin....

Terminus: *looks down at Davien* Ha! what score could you possible have to settle with me?! I've never seen you before nor paid heed to settling 'scores'.

Me: This is getting increasingly hard to keep up with. *makes Vanessa and Mikhail disappear* Less hard.

Devon: I have assets. *points to Skylar and Julian* Now I want allies.

Davien (@Terminus): My author told me that you struck your own daughter. I will not stand for that. Prepare to defend yourself. *holds up sword*

Me: *sweating and shaking (literally)*

Terminus: *lowers voice so only Devon can here* Every good villains allies end up as nothing more than assets. *speaks in normal volume* If you wish for a 'friend' you must first prove me your worth. *moves aside* *gestures to Devian* Fight this boy...and win.

Me: (@Aemi) Since Termimus uses a form of magic it's probably easier for you to try dueling hand-to-hand or with a sword for a first time. Trust me, I would know.

Me: Of course. Would Terminus be that sportsmanlike? But it's okay if Davien loses. I kinda want to know what he would do in that situation.
Don't worry about me. I've calmed down now.
