Around here, we talk, tell our dreams, swap ideas, and share prayer requests. Some of us know one another pretty well. We count each other as friends, and trust each other.
But...we never see one another's faces! We recognize each other by fantastical images and creative signatures. Most of us authors credit ourselves with excellent imaginations, so we make our own assumptions on what each member looks like. How close to the truth we are, none can tell, for, unlike in fiction, a person's real-life appearance has very little influence on his personality. And vice versa.

So, I have a single question for you:
What do you think I look like?

Everyone is free to try to describe anyone, and after enough people have described you, tell how you really look. But only describe someone whom you have never seen. No fair telling everyone how your brother looks!

Let's see...Bethany Faith.
Young, short, with straight, light brown hair, about halfway down her back. She likes to keep it in a ponytail, with small side bangs that tend to slip out. Blue eyes, a few freckles across her medium sized nose. A quick smile, tolerably straight white-ish teeth. A complexion that tans in the summer. Rather small hands.

I'm sorry if I embarrassed you, Beth.

I'll take a stab at it, though I'm afraid I will fail miserably.

Here is how I imagine you, Aemi, would look like:

Um, blond shoulder length hair usually kept down, light brown eyes, 5'5 in height, medium sized hands, and trimmed fingernails.

Awesome, you made it! My picture of Bethany is very similar to the one you described, Aemi.

Aemi, I imagined you to be dark featured; with nearly black long hair and deep brown eyes.

Calen, hm.... *creative juices get to work* I imagine you to be fairly tall, with honey brown hair, that is wavy. Blue eyes, bordering green, and a slightly tanned complexion.

It's probably pretty easy to tell what I look like since I'm pretty free with my image.

I haven't seen any, so you still have an invented image for me! I imagined you kinda tall, short brown hair, maybe blue eyes... But so far my guesses have been wayyyy out of the ball park, so I'll see how I go!

@Bushmaid: Let me tell you how you did:

1.) Yes, I am tall. 5'9 to be exact. ^^
2.) Actually, I have dark chocolate almost black hair. ^^ It is naturally wavy, but often looks straight. (Especially when I use a hair straightener!) XD Lengthwise, it goes just past mid-back. (Just had my dead-ends cut. It was nearly tailbone length a couple weeks ago.) Edit: I also have bangs.
3.) My eyes are amber, going between light brown, hazel, copper, and gold. (It all depends on the lighting.)
4.) I am white, but I do have a somewhat tanned complexion. My skin has a more yellow tint that red tint to it.
5.) I have freckles across my cheek bones. (I love my freckles!)
6.) My nails usually go slightly over the edge of my fingertips. I used to be a terrible biter until two years ago. Now I like keeping my nails long. I tend to go through phases where I paint them all the time, then I don't paint them for a couple months and the cycle continues.
7.) I have a somewhat long nose ...It makes me look older than I really am. (It's a sensitive topic for me...)
8.) Oh, and I have big feet! I wear size 11-12 in women's shoes.

There you go, now you have an accurate mental image.

Green eyes with a mischievous glint, set under thick eyebrows. A well-sculpted nose, above a grinning mouth. Strong chin, slightly cleft. Large hands, and somewhat slender fingers. Short fingernails.

BushMaid - (before I saw your picture) darker blonde hair normally worn down, blue eyes, happy/perky face (I'm not very detailed ).

You were close though, Villie! I normally wear my hair up; ponytail, or plait style. On odd occasions, fully up with a chopstick. I guess my face is happy and perky most of the time!

As for you, Villie; I imagine you average height with a round shaped face, dark straight hair, (maybe black) with sparkly green eyes, and a mischievous grin.

It's amazing the imaginations y'all have...only a few people that I talk to do I really have a clear image of what I think they might look like, even than it's non so descriptive.

Okay...let's see here... I am indeed short for my age (but not too much so) I have about shoulder-length very wavy hair (in no form of the word is it straight). You actually got my bangs correct. But I don't have any freckles what so ever...completely blemish-free rosy red cheeks actually. I have olive tone skin...so I'm actually not tanned very easily...Okay...what else did she say? Oh, yah, I have medium sized hands. Being a pianist, it would be hard to have actually small hands, but they aren't rather large either...really quite average. I think that's everything she mentioned...but that's pretty much what I look like.


Oh yah and I have big brown eyes.
