Ok, just a warning, there will almost definitely be spoilers in this thread, so if you haven’t seen this movie and want to, get out now.

Ok, now that that’s done, what did y’all think of it? I LOVED this movie so much, like, you don’t even understand. Thanos was SO well written in my opinion. I think he may be my favorite villain, even more so than Loki, which I never thought I’d say (although, idk if he counts as a villain, he was good sometimes). They were so good at showing that he truly believed he was doing what was right, and, in a twisted way, he did love certain people.

I was really worried about how Marvel would handle so many main characters in one movie, but I felt like they really did well.

Anyway, enough from me; I want to hear other people’s opinions! :)

I really enjoyed it as well. As a fan, it was shocking yet strangely satisfying. But as a writer, what I liked most was that they took risks. It was a HUGE risk to do what they did at the ending. That could have backfired in so many ways, even though we all know some of it will probably get reversed in later movies. What I took from it, though, was that if Marvel can take such a big risk and do it so well, then there's no reason I shouldn't be willing to take big risks with my writing, too. :)
