Nhent. A creature with beaks, like an Eagle, but the body is not like an eagle, it has fur. Tail is like an eagle, feet are talons, tail is an eagle’s tail, but when it screeches everyone in a 1 mile diameter, cannot hear for at most a year.

Critique requested.

The loss of hearing effect is very cool...maybe if its fur make the fur like that of a bison or wholly mammoth very hairy and everywhere, hanging off of the nhent. I like it regardless.. :D

Aye, I will make it have that. :D Thanks. Will most likely ask someone to draw one. :)

Ooh, the Nhent sound cool! :D So I didn't quite understand, is the body shaped like an eagle, just with hair instead of feathers? Are there any legends surrounding the Nhent's deafening screech? Is it considered a curse to be deafened by one?

Well yes, it is just fur, but it is larger, way larger. But it's wings are like bats. The first time they heard it, the men who heard it thought that they all were so shocked that they couldn't speak but, they realized that they couldn't hear. They had to find a certain herb I don't know the name of the herb yet. drink it, and they would get well. When you get deaf you usually are shunned, because they were "unlucky" to be in the 1 mile diameter. So, it's sort of a curse. :)

On second thought, I have officially decided that the tail of the Nhent is like a Serpents, scaly. When they are hunting they usually strangle their prey with their tail then pick them up with their talons. :D

Hmmm... So a furred eagle with a snake's tail? I'd suggest not pushing the abilities any further, simply because it might not be best to over-power the creature and make it a mary-sue of animals. Just a warning.

I'm pretty much saying that it's really cool as it is. If you add too much awesomeness, you'll blind every creature in the vicinity!

Is it hard to kill?
Does it hunt at night, and what does it eat?
How big is it, and can I ride one into war?
Is it pleasant to look at despite the description I've read so far?

No, it is not. For the weapons that they use makes it turn to ash. :D

Sometimes. But it likes hunting also in the morning, so that it can fill the humans' hearts with fear for the Nhent.

It is about 3 stories high. If you can tame it, yes you can.

Well, for me it is not.

OH MY GOSH!!! Three stories?! I guess it eats humans? Is the weapon that ashifies it a secret, or can you tell me what it is so I can get one?

I forgot to answer your last question. The Nhent is a Carnivore.

That's easy. You can have one of mine. :D *hands over a Hèkíl gun* Very powerful. Also if I were you I would go buy some earplugs.

What's the wingspan? If I read that description right, you said it was three stories high.

Each wing is around 2/3 of the height, so that means the wing span is a bit over 4 stories. :D

Is that realistic? 40-feet long wings? The quetzalcoatlus, the biggest flying reptile, had a wingspan of 52-

Oh.

Nevermind.
