One of my favorite aspects of role playing and character development- quests!
Putting a character in a situation or with other characters to see how they would react and deal with the situation. So we can ultimately know more about who really is the enigma of our characters.
I didn't see a quest, so I thought I'd might make one. Us men; being task oriented will complete the task of the quest along with having development of characters. And the women are more relationship oriented, so they will like the aspect of social interaction between the characters, and the development.

Hmm... Where was I? Yes! The quest!
Where is the best place to start in any story. A map! A map and a problem!
Well I have a map:
(This is a twenty second sketch up on paint. Don't expect Da Vinci!

Now, a problem, conflict... Backstory time!
"All the characters in the 'Quest if you dare' chatroom were sitting around their table eating renaissance-style food, hen an evil dragon/troll busted through their door, stealing all of their damsels in distress, and made its way back to its evil castle across the world.
'What shall we do-eth?'
Asks a confused character in the corner.
'Go after it I suppose' replies another.
So all the characters on the thread started to reply down their characters and write them into the story. And eventually; try to save the damsels."
So basically; post on here some characters and start the quest! We are currently at the village, and trying to get to the evil castle to save the girl.
Good luck!
Let's start this story.
