Lyr'Ous- Slain plenty of them too Valery. Did someone say something about magic tricks? I know a few that really kill at birthday party's. (Puts his hand up to his nose acts as if he's going to sneeze then "Poof" a handkerchief appears from nowhere keep in mind he doesn't where sleeves.)

Syl'V'Ous- How degrading the Crusader using his awesome powers for party favors.

Lyr'Ous- What can I say I love making people smile. (Takes Handkerchief and twists it until a rainbow of liquid comes poring out. Then he snaps it open and the handkerchief now has a colorful swirling pattern on it like Tie-Dye)

Syl'V'Ous- Stop showing off Lyr.

Lyr'Ous- Oh come on does not the Ald'Lib say go forth and spread joy? (Lyr'Ous then proceeds to neatly fold the Handkerchief)

Lyr'Ous- (Again snaps out the handkerchief this time though it has turned into a fine cloak with the same Tie-Dye pattern and a grey fur lining. Lyr'Ous offers the Cloak to Tae)

Vetis: Not like me, you haven't. *he watches the magic tricks with mild amusement and scorn*

Lyr'Ous- On that youd be right most the Dea'Mon lords I have fought where at least 40 feet taller and had a lot more tentacles and teeth.

Harry: It, ah, might be best if I get out of here. Things to do, you know. Vampires to duel. Garlic to eat. Fights to avoid.

Vetis: You think this frail human body is my true form? *he snorts* You're more naive than I suspected.

Tae: [Eyes go wide] Oh, wow... [Smiles shyly and accepts offered cloak] Thank you. That was amazing. How did you do that?

Tae: [Is entranced by the cloak and the magic tricks]

Oh and Faylin I don't know how things are where you come from but where I come from but it is rude to call a Holy man a magician. Syl'V'Ous- Sorry dude its a sore subject for adapts in our world to be called magicians. That's a term given to fakes and Warlocks.

Lyr'Ous- It's got a little power in it but its not much and is not really assigned to do anything it may have minor protective properties. Then again it may just be a tie dye cloak.

Lyr'Ous- Hi you know I was once a member of the nobility. I was a Chieftain in the Northern Alliance. Kind of like a Duke. However my Entire Tribe fell before the Empire in the Red War. I wasn't much older than you when that happened.
Even younger when my father died of the Ashen Rot and I had to take up his thrown had to defeat a grown man in battle to do it too.

Tarkas: [To Lyr'Ous and Syl'V'Ous] You two have been through more than me. What's it like, to travel? If you you've traveled before?

Lyr'Ous- Its glorious the world is a dangerous a beautiful place filled with endless wounder. Travel kinda like eaten lots of Greens and Brussels sprouts then yeah get to eat the triple layered chocolate cake.

Syl'V'Ous- About Lyr'Ous needing to fight someone for the thrown that's just alliance politics anyone can challenge the currant ruler to trial by combat so that the leader is always the strongest.

Lyr'Ous- The strong rule so that they may serve the week The man I fought didn't understand that so he lost simple as that. He just wanted the thrown for power I wanted it so I could maintain the peace and prosperity my father gave to our people. My reasons where stronger his where week.

Faylin: *glares at me* THere are too many humans in this place. I'm leaving.

Tarkas: So, how often do you have to fight for the throne? Are there many men who try to take it?

Lyr'Ous- There where a few however none posed much of a threat. I don't have to fight anymore after... well I would like to move to a less gloomy subject. Don't want to be the broody anti-hero type. I do have to fight quite alot on my travels however I am the type Dia made to enjoy battle. Not the killing but the thrill of combat the challenge of a worthy foe. So it doesn't bother me all that much and many if not most those conflicts where likely the product of my aggressive nature.

Syl'V'Ous- Don't you mean many if not all. I swear sometimes your a danger magnet.

Lyr'Ous- I'm a crusader it comes with the Territory.

Harry: Being a hobo wandslinger is a danger magnet as well.

Tarkas: So, you know a lot about fighting?

Seymour: No-

Me: Peace, dude.

Tae: {Snorts in a poor attempt to keep from laughing.]

Seymour: It's not funny! The boy is going to take it into his head to off traveling, and then the emperor is discover him, and I will not have another member of my family be taken away!

Me: Seymour, you need to calm down. He's fine here. Yovak is miles away in Allare sitting in his happy place. He won't find out about Tarkas, promise. Not here.

Mylo: [Cocks his head] A danger magnet? What is a magnet? Aren't magnets baby flies?

Lyr'Ous- In my world that's usually when someone gets there face sucked off by a Dea'Mon.

Harry: At least we can agree it's a bad thing.

Faylin: What do I like to do in my world? Let's see... *glares pointedly at me. again.* I like to hunt in the wood at night. I like to live out rather peaceful and normally wolfish days all on my own, only visiting a bumbling old dragon now and then when I feel I must just to be a good neighbor. Unfortunately, I rarely get to do those things as I have to chase after a ditsy human girl and help her defeat a sorcerer and pull her out of landslides and keep her from walking off too many cliffs or running into too many angry mobs who are out to kill her.

Me: *fuming* Are you implying that you didn't enjoy your adventures with Lara? Because you know I can always take you out in the rewrite. And, secondly, Ditri is neither bumbling or old!

Faylin: According to you, at least. And you've never had to live with him. And I know you won't take me out of the rewrite so you can stop your meaningless threatening now.

Me: Seriously, Faylin, you are truly getting on my nerves now.

Lyr'Ous- Faylin are you OK? You sound like you've got flees. I dated this Wol'V'An chick back when i was training to be a shepherd And well there "Kinda" like werewolves. She got flees and she acted a lot like your acting know.

Lyr'Ous- Not really its your soul they want its just they are trying to scare your soul out of you. Just don't give in and yield to your fear and the Dea'Mon wont be able to harm you.

Aelynn: I see... they sound like Meriak.

Aelynn: Good point.

Faylin: *growling* I am offended at the very idea that you think I might have fleas...

Faylin to Tae: To be terribly honest, I wouldn't mind staying put; considering the scraps Lara is constantly dragging me into.

Me: Okay, okay. You can stop beating poor Lara up. She's a sap, I know; but that doesn't mean you have to be cruel. Besides, you teach her to be smarter by the end, remember?

Faylin: And it took all of my patience.

Lyr'Ous- Funny that's what she said?

Tae: [Smiles] She sounds like a handful.

Me: Don't go making fun of others being a handful, little miss.

Mylo: [Bumps nose against Lyr'Ous's back] I would be careful. You tread thin ice.

Tarkas: [Syl'V'Ous] Are you and Lyr'Ous humans? I didn't see anything in the introductions thread.

*A dark, sleek wildcat prowls in, low to the ground, eyes like slits. He scans his surroundings, and his nostrils flare as he takes in the scents. He crouches low, as if trying to hide himself, but his tale flicks back and forth, revealing that he understands there is little danger here*

He has no name, and he can't talk or understand speech, but he's very cunning and he can sense people's hostility and somehow just knows their intentions. Even so, he'll be pretty wary of everyone at first. (since he has no name and can't talk, and is my only character in here, he'll just act in splats)
