Greetings,
In many (if not most) forums, old threads are discouraged from being left around. They are quickly and efficiently archived (on the good ones) or left stale and dead in the rooms (on the not so good ones). The Rebelution is a good example of a good forum that handles old threads well.
However, I have a different goal on this forum. I want to focus on keeping old threads alive, instead of focusing on cleaning them out when they get musty. They are like old books: they mature with age.
So when will we archive? When a thread reaches a conclusion. Some threads never do, and that is fine. So don't worry about posting on old threads.

We will see how this works, and if it proves to be a bad decision on my part, we will change it.
With joy and peace in Christ,
Jay Lauser
