Hello, O proud holders of world subforums! We come to you today with the news of a few simple changes that this sector of the forum will be undergoing.

First, you may have noticed that a couple of the worlds have been placed under a new filing entitled 'Archived Worlds'. A world is archived if it has been inactive for a couple of months, or by request of the world's creator. Don't worry, you won't wake up one day and find that your world has been moved and you're locked out of it because you've been on a cruise of the south Pacific for the past couple months; the author will be contacted before the forum's moving.

Secondly, we have a new policy of giving probationary subforums that nobody but a certain few could see until the worlds are better developed. This is for authors who wish to open a world, but who don't have the development to do so yet. There are a few Realms Beyond agents who will give feedback and ask questions and stuff until the world gets to a point when the author can look at it with a little pride and be happy to show it off.

Also, I will be taking over sub-forum applications, so those should be sent to me from now on instead of Reiyen. [Edit: As of 1/9/2015, these should go to Reiyen.]

Well, these changes are already in effect, so there you have it. This is how things have changed.

My sub forum can be quiet sometimes, but I'm still updating it bit by bit. Does that mean you could just archive it? I don't think it's ever gone two months without some thing happening in it though.

As long as you're still working on it and people should check it for updates, it should remain un-archived. Even if it's slow. (:

And I forgot, requests to archive worlds should come to me.

Can I have another subforum? I can set it up myself and all, I just thought it would be polite to ask. I probably don't fit the rules...it's a brand new story I'm developing and I need somewhere to collect my notes and brainstorm with other people and thought this would be perfect. It's a steampunk world....
