Hi, Is there any way to remove your account from the forum? I have looked at my UCP and can't seem to see how to do this. Thanks for any help, Marsh |

Hi Marshwriter, members cannot remove their own accounts. It would have to be done by an administrator (ML, or Council Member), because you can't delete it yourself. I'm not sure if we generally de-activate accounts, as I think it may mess up posts etc, but I'm not sure. *Waits for confirmation on this*

Correct. If an account is deleted by the council, they have to alter the database so any posts made by that user don't vanish. |

Any Council Member or Marcher Lord has the ability to delete your account. It can be permanently deleted without a trace of you being here (aka, we opt per your request to delete your posts and any information about you on here) or it can be deleted with your posts remaining on the forums and any other information provided remaining. |
