I know ya’ll have been missing those wonderful blog posts every Thursday, haven’t you? Well, have no fear, because things are now in place for us to reinstate our weekly blog posts!

As promised, their removal has been temporary, and I promise you the wait was worth it, because now we have an improved system that will make the blog even more efficient.

Now, when I say we have improved the blog system, I don’t want you all fretting about having to relearn how to submit to the blog. In all actuality, the new system won’t really affect you. The changes made to the system were for efficiency purposes, allowing the blog team to work with more ease and direction.

Speaking of the blog team, I have an announcement to make! In addition to making the blog system more efficient, I have been working on a new team of individuals to lead and manage the blog.

As you probably know, over a year ago I revamped and recreated the blog, and brought Aubrey Hansen on as my assistant. Aubrey was a great asset to me, helping me with editing, carrying out the goals for the blog, getting people set up to contribute, encouraging people to send submissions, and many other things. However, due to the busyness of her schedule, Aubrey has made the decision to step down as my assistant.

This lead me to move my distant plans for the blog into the present, and thus not only was a new team was born, but the structure of the blog team has undergone reconstruction. So, who are these men and women that will be the individuals that ensure you have quality blogs posts to read every week? Well, let me introduce you to them.

Airianna Valenshia: Editor-in-Chief

I will continue to oversee the blog in its entirety, making decisions and changes as they arise and ensuring that the team works seamlessly together as a unit. In addition I will continue to run the blog schedule. In essence, my role is not changing any.

Lady Elanor Mimetes: Submissions Editor

Elanor is now the go to girl, taking on the role of a PR worker, essentially. Elanor will be seeking out submissions- encouraging and soliciting pieces- working with individuals as they need assistance with their blog posts, and receiving all finished blog posts for filing purposes. If you have questions about what type of blog posts we accept, she’s your girl.

Jonathan Garner: Technical Assistant

Jonathan is now the man in charge of making sure everything runs like a well oiled piece of machinery! He ensures that posts are placed in the editing folder for editing, he sends the edited pieces back to the submission’s author, gives blog permissions, and announces when new blog posts are available for viewing.

Now, that’s it for administration, but what would the blog team be without the Blog Editors? A mess, that’s what! An overworked, overburdened mess! The Blog Editors are the young men and women who read through the blog posts every week and ensure that our blog posts are the highest possible quality that they can be.

Blog Editors:

Azlyn A. Mimetes
Elly H. Murdock
Mouse Noordzook
Dr. Nemo OHara Banner
Lycanis Mimetes
NotThatShort Mimetes
Lady Katharina Mimetes

Please thank these young men and women for the devotion, time, and energy they have put into the blog, and thank the newest members for joining the blog team! Also, if you have any questions, feel free to voice them. We are happy to answer any you may have.

The blog relaunches on September 13th.

The Rainbow in the Storm- My Blog

Be careful of your thoughts; guard your mind, for your thoughts become words. Be guarded when you speak, for your words turn into action. Watch what you do, for your actions will become habits. Be wary of your habits, for they become your character. Pray over your character; strive to mold it to the image of Christ, because your character will shape your destiny.

Ideas can germinate from the smallest seeds. Collect those seeds, and let them grow in the back of your mind. You may be surprised by what finally blooms.

When God takes something from your grasp, he's not punishing you. Instead, He’s opening your hands to receive something better. The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.

Works in progress:

The Diegosian Mark, 115,600 words (Preparing for Publication)
The Diegosian Rider, 121,400 words (Finished)
The Diegosian Warrior, 15,000 (In Progress)
