Help! HWF Won't Load...

Post subject:  Help! HWF Won't Load...
...on my friend's family's computer...I was trying to show it to her, and it'd work to go to the main page, and from there click on the dragon icon; but then HWF would reload halfway through the loading process, and after doing that several times say something about not being able to connect to the server--but I was able to get onto it at that time from my ipod! Help?
Additional details that may or may not be needed are that she uses a macbook pro, 13-inch, possibly not the newest one, but not a very old one either because it looks like ours which is the newest model. They use the Safari web browser.
I hope this can be fixed! I'm hoping to recruit her...should she want to join and should she be able to load the website. ;)

*nods* Unfortunately, there's a bug with Safari and HW at the moment :P I've been trying to track it down, but it appears that it's something in phpBB (the forum software), and not HW itself per se. If a fix presents itself I'll let all of you know :)

All right, thank you for the quick reply! I hope a fix does present itself, and I'm very glad I wasn't using safari when I first came here... :pale: ;)
Oh, and also, she was able to get HWHF to load, if that helps, maybe there's something about that branch of the forum that works more universally somehow? Hope that bit of info helps...

I believe HWHF is a newer version of phpBB, so it's likely there was a fix released.

In the meantime, use a cross-platform browser like Chrome that works fine with HW across the board.
